It was great all around the breakfast was nice and hot and good the room was super clean the service was great. The only thing I can say they need to change is the pillows they are too soft and feels like you are laying your head on an air ballon. Other than that the place was great!!

Make sure you let the staff know you want room service or it will not be provided.

It was not the cleanest place, but staff changed my room when the first one was too loud and the buffet was okay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Washer and dryer worked well also.

Room was fine, not great, not horrible. Breakfast was bottom barrel, soggy eggs, stale bread, I saw a mouse scurrying around in the breakfast area. Overall, I felt like the price was high for such shabby quality

Business trip for husband. I went along. The pro comfortable bed. Cons-shower was awful the floor ended up wet every time you showered because shower curtain was too shortfor shower. Dangerous & had to sop up floor every time. Two nights too long. We did not want maid service hung privacy on door outside. Upon return last day I walked in room just having feeling someone had been in our room. Sure enough someone stole my very expensive pain reliever for my foot that was next to bed. I had foot surgery & to top that off they also stole my tweezers out of my make up bag!That may seem trivial but it’s still stealing. Rochester has nothing to offer for attractions. Location entrance in alley very un appealing. Happy we will not be going back ever! The only good thing is cab drivers were nice & convenient to airport & Amtrak.

* Coffee packs didn't fit in the coffee maker. * No shampoo in the shower, but there was lotion in the shower. The conditioner n body wash were empty. * The remote, guide and channels were all wrong (for ex. the TV would say TBS channel 31, but when you pressed guide it would show that it was Syfy channel 52, but the actual picture would show a gameshow) good luck with that lol * The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. * Breakfast was...... Okay. Slim pickins. * Cleanliness was a firm 4star. * The bed/pillows were super comfy

Although the room was designated as non-smoking, it smelled stale and strongly of cigarette smoke upon entry. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they offered to move me; however, due to my late-night arrival, I chose to remain in the room. Room 122. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited selection and sparse supplies. This is clearly a budget-stay property, and I would recommend bringing shower shoes. On a positive note, the bed linens were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the overnight front desk staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel is also conveniently located near numerous stores and restaurants. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, the cleanliness and maintenance issues would prevent me from staying here again. It’s a one and done utility stay for road warriors on very long drives.

Excellent to have a bit of breakast to set me up for the day. The room had everything I needed for my two night stay. The bed was very comfortable.

Easy access to hotel and restaurants very close. Beds comfortable. Hotel Coffee is very dark roast. Breaskfast: more than continental - didn’t include gluten free. Better than average juice selection.

Appears to be a place where those addicted to meth stay. They say no smoking but I smelled smoking everyday. No one ever cleaned the room, broken furniture, no sitting area, view of a fake beach scene on a screen when lifted, view of the parking lot and expressway. Staff unhelpful, paid for an extra day so I could check out late the day I was actually leaving. Lady at the counter told me I could not check out until the next day. I left the room key, walked out and drove to the airport. I will never stay here again.
