Check in gentleman was rude and unfriendly. Check in time was 3:00 and we arrived at 2:40 after a seven hour drive and he made a comment. Reserved a cot which he told us he didn t have any of those. Room had clogged sink, which the maid attempted to plunge, and it was nasty. She suggested we change rooms. Went to front desk, again , where same gentleman said absolutely nothing. No apologies or statements for our inconvenience. Next day, returned to our room only to find there had been no maid service. No clean towels, no beds made, nothing. Called down to desk and was told we had to "request" maid service. Was never told about having to request what we believed we had already paid dearly for. Was told we had to come down to desk to get our own towels. It was mid afternoon, not midnight. No apologies, nothing. We have been to Rochester many. many times over the years and this stay, by far, was the worst. We would rather sleep in our car than to stay here again!

Great

Customer service was excellent throughout.
-
As an extended stay customer experiencing the services provided by all staff was above expectations. Their interests are the same as their guests and will they do deliver!

Good choice on the road. Would stay there again.

The upkeep was clearly not there. It looks like a hotel on its way to closure. We arrived in late evening and apparently the key card machine wasn’t working so we had to be walked to our room and let in by staff. The floors throughout the hotel (EVERYWHERE YOU PUT YOUR FEET ON) were so sticky and clearly has not seen a mop in a very long time. As for breakfast, aside from the waffle station, there were stale dry cereal and few pieces of toast. I knew going in this was a mediocre, low tier hotel, but the actual experience was very under my expectation.

The hotel is decent but i dont think i would stay again. Staff were all nice and pleasant, the bed was comfortable and its in a great location. The negatives though its an older hotel that could use some updating. Its not dirty but you can tell it could use a deep clean in areas. We didnt eat the breakfast it didnt look very good. It was very basic, sauseage links, egg patties, toast, bagels and cereal. The coffee was awful and only offered half n half creamer, no flavors, ive been to a hotel that doesnt have flavor creamer. The last day we went around the corner to Dunkin for a good cup of coffee. We brought our own soap but my husband wanted to try theres only to find out it was empty. Housekeeping came in that afternoon and never filled it. There is only 1 elevator so it tends to be busy or full. Overall its a good last option but there are other hotels for similar price id rather stay at.

It did smell like smoke in the lobby and the room which is why I gave the hotel a 3 star. For nonsmokers the smell is unfavorable

The room was not well maintained. Most outlet didn't work. There was an empty bottle of shower gel (no soap or any replacement), so basically no dush soap of any sort. At the beginning the key card didn't work, so a second trip to reception was needed. There was absolutely no control over the AC or the fan. It was constantly blowing cold air and despite our efforts to stop it, the only control they had didn't work. The breakfast was extremly basics and an horur after opening half of the products were gone and never refilled - such a lame breakfast, hard to find food. The staff was grumpy and not accomodating at all. Not particularly clean either. We manage to strive for one night, but never going back.

First of all, the pictures of this hotel are A.i. its 100% not that nice, second the hotel is standard quality..not special, not horrible.

Breakfast very good. Staff very professional

Great spot. We needed a quick spot for an overnight to get on the road in the morning and it was perfect. Nothing fancy, but clean and respectable! Enjoyed our quick stop.
-
The location suited our needs which we liked. However the rooms were not cleaned very well and had a bad smell. The breakfast had no coffee because the machine was broken and warm water, apple juice and orange juice.
-
We had to ask for towels and there were no wash cloths. We even asked the maid for wash cloths and she didn’t have any.
-
Breakfast had eggs and sausage but only white bread for toast and no cranberry juice. No gluten free breakfast options. Shower spray was hard and unadjustable.
-
Carpet was wet room smelled like mold breakfast was good
-
The fridge was leaking water, it was not plugged in. The carpet was ripped and tattered.
-
Location was excellent. Could not have been better close to everything you could need!
-
The only concern was the room had what appeared to be Onion leaves on the floor. Nothing to call down to the front desk over but it was definitely odd to see.
