Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Henrietta

The breakfast and staff are great. However, my room was not cleaned, nor the garbage disposed of or my bed made when I was personally assured it would be by the staff. This incident was highly unfortunate.

Spacious and clean room

The only complaint is there was a constant, loud vibrating sound like there was some sort of machinery on the other side of the wall. No idea what it was, but it never stopped. Front desk staff at check-in was friendly, quick, and patient while the lobby was packed full of very loud kids. She was professional and pleasant, and she deserves a bonus. (But I don’t remember her name.) Pool area needed more clean towels, but seeing the number of kids there were, I’m guessing they just hadn’t had time in the evening to catch it all up. Room was clean and spacious.

The location was 20 minutes away from most major highways and tourists sights. The room was clean and the staff was helpful, considerate and patience. Breakfast area provided offered hot & cold nutriental meals and free coffee at night made the stay a delight.

Spacious rooms with excellent amenities. However, the choice of food at breakfast was very limited. Coffee was weak as well.

From check in to departure, This was a stress and hassle free experience. The staff was efficient and professional, the room was clean and amenities were good. Location was perfect for our requirement and surroundings were reassuring.The free breakfast, while not grand and sumptuous, covered most guest's requirements. Would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Rochester.

The hotel was in the location we needed for a family event and had a room that would comfortably sleep three people. We booked a room for three people that had a pull out sofa but then there was no bedding in the room when we arrived. It was a suite and there was little room to put luggage. The floor was sticky, like it hadn't been cleaned and the bathroom was cramped. Breakfast was typical BUT second morning a bunch of offerenings were not out and the breakfast tables were dirty. WAY over priced.

Property was conveniently located to airport. Room was clean and spacious. Nice lounge for breakfast.

How quiet and peaceful. Heavy carpet in halls muted any noise and no noise from adjoining rooms in the hallway....ahhhh... Nothing not to like!

The establishment was clean and well taken care of. Heather checked us in and was very helpful. Breakfast was a little busy due to many events.

Friendly staff and close to where I had to go

Goose poop all over, but being near water, you have to expect it...LOL! The TV needed instructions to use, a Smart TV being used by a DUMB human...LOL! I had it working after a bit though. Overall, great experiance.

Clean and in a great location. Staff was nice.

The staff the first two days and nights were exceptional.they were professional, helpful and very friendly. It is a shame that the third evening ruined the main reason for our trip.
