It is right off the highway, near a Target. When I was a child, we stayed at a hotel that had pegboard walls and it was so dingy that we wore shoes the whole time. Thirty years later, my siblings still use this as a litmus test of hotels- ex. “The hotel wasn’t super nice but it wasn’t peg-board-hotel bad.” This Comfort Suites is my children’s pegboard hotel. To start, we’ve stayed at a pet-friendly hotel before but this one felt like a zoo of dander was in the room. The halls were old and run down and the elevator was on its last legs. The room was equally as bad. The rug was old and brown, who knows what it was hiding. We didn’t let our luggage touch the carpet. The beds were not good. There was a box spring under the mattress and it was completely uncovered. The mattress had no protect pad on it. There were stains on the wall. We almost walked away but we were far from home and had no other options. Save yourselves!

The complementary breakfast and the pool. Not negative about the property

Its not the Waldorf so keep your expectations right and you will find this place is great.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
-
It was great so clean
-
It was a quick stay on our way to Niagara (wife and 4 kids with me) . The hotel was "fine". Clean, but well loved... breakfast was to be ready at 7am. Staff called out sick. Poor replacement hotel made it with some food. Get what you pay for. Fine. Not terrible for the value, but know what you are going into.

Breakfast was disappointing. Neatly presented but very difficult to take coffee to go as no lids available
-
The pullout couch needs a new mattress. The mattress that was there was terribly stained and nasty. The bathroom was not clean. The drain in the tub was clogged and looked moldy, disgusting. The toilet was not clean, even when we walked in.

A very good place if you need to sleep . Breakfast included. It's not an expensive hotel and for this price it's amazing. I recommend. Location. Clean. Amazing people on the desk.
-
Sadly the ice machine was out of order as well as espresso machine. At one point elevator was out too. Overall not well maintained hotel.
-
The checking clerk was absolutely wonderful and helpful but we did not have a good experience with the night manager. There was no fresh drinking water or ice available during our stay.

Could have been cleaner, looks like it's starting to get run down Cleanliness, the outside doors were unlocked all night long did not feel that safe.

The first room had a broken window, broken lock on the door ,ripped curtains, dirtycoffee pot - I asked to change rooms and there wasn’t any so we kept the luggage rack in front of the room door to sleep. The second room , the following day was dirty , stains on the box spring, toe nail clippings on the floor dirt and cereal in the drawers. Really unacceptable

I usually have a good stay at the compfor Inn. But 50 dollars for a pet stay is ridiculous. My window was broken in the room and the ice machine was not working for weeks. My room was right next to the pool and it smelled very musty. I had my grandkids with me age 6 and 4 and there was no bathtub for them to bath in. The TV is very small also. The lady at the desk was very pleasant though.
