It's well located near the Thruway and shopping, and reasonably priced for the amenities. The Wi-Fi login was excessively complicated.

Places really rundown needs to completely be remodeled everything all dated broken. Nothing worked very disappointed.

No hot breakfast this week 😢
-
The was staff polite and friendly. The place was clean
-
No hot food for breakfast after the second day. Not enough towels for anyone, none ever in the pool room. The staff that was friendly were really nice; the rest pretended we didn't exist. Nothing was kept up. The beds were clean enough to be comfortable, but we had to do without enough pillows or sheets for the sofa bed. Internet was a pain in the neck to try to use, even for free hotel service. Parking lot wasn't big enough. We'll be finding another place to stay next trip.

Not the greatest but your availability got me out of a jam.

Breakfast was lacking...not even having milk, extra bagels etc.. Our family will not be back.
-
Very clean rooms. Breakfast was very quick and convenient. Location near the highway was excellent to get back and from activities.

My room didn’t close unless you pushed it closed
-
The breakfast was good The room had bedbugs! I was bitten all night before I realized they had bedbugs!
-
Mold in bathroom, cracked window that could have easily been pushed out, pool was cold, found Cheerios and hanger under pull out sofa bed, wiped up water on floor with towel in bathroom and was instantly brown like the floor hadn’t been clean. Staff didn’t care about any thing found to be already damaged or cleanliness of room.

Old hotel and showing signs of age. Door sticking where you have to push with your shoulder to open the door. Hall carpet showing use and wear. Breakfast was good. Overall for an old hotel it was good for the price

I booked at this hotel through Hotels.com. I chose a room with two queen beds and a couch with a sofa bed. I took three grandchildren of different ages to the hotel. Hotels.com confirmed that the room I chose was reserved. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room with one king bed and a couch that converted into a sofa bed. The result that my oldest grandson, who values his privacy, ended up sleeping on the couch cushions on the floor. Another grandson slept on the sofa bed, and my granddaughter slept with me. When I first saw the room, I went to the desk to report that I was given a room that was not the one I had booked. Staff at the desk said there was nothing they could do. When we pulled out the sofa bed, a dirty sheet was on it. I had to ask for sheets for that and to go over the cushions on the floor, and for another blanket, so that my grandson on the floor could have one to use. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool, but in the evening when we returned, a group using the pool played very loud music for the first hour we were there. That, combined with children yelling and screaming in the pool, made for an uncomfortable, loud environment.

I had never used hotel.com before and was weary but they found us a nice room when I couldn’t find any available. We travel across the country to visit our daughter at least once a year. These trips include 6 hotel stays round trip. I am very particular. Cleanliness and a free breakfast are top priorities. She wasn’t with us this time but we usually travel with our little dog so we need pet friendly. During our travels we mostly only will stay in a Comfort Inn or a Hampton Inn. The rates here were a bit high but this was NY. However we were very pleased with our suite. The fridge was large. Not only did it keep our waters cold it also allowed me to refreeze my numerous ice packs so well that our beverages were still cold in our 2 coolers when we arrived home late that night. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
