Econo Lodge Rochester I-90 & I-390

People who worked there were friendly, helpful and definitely come back again to stay there.

My room was near the entrance of the hotel. The hotel has two benches for people to sit down. It was midnight, and people were there talking for hours. It was so noisy and loud that I could not sleep.

Place is nothing to be proud of the smell in the rooms are terrible there’s no cable tv just streaming the room was clean but everything is outdated the bed I may say was decent to sleep on you can’t ask for anything else it’s a econo lodge I stayed there years ago when it was owned by the old owners and it was a really nice place but now it’s owned by new owners and to me it’s run down and all that is cared about is profit and not the people renting the rooms I definitely won’t stay there again

I went to stay here to get away from family for the night and this place just gave me the peace and rest I needed. Room was clean. Fridge and microwave was available for me to heat up my food. I really love this place and I'll be back again soon.

Imagine traveling all day and getting up ar around 9am and ask for room service and was told, that you'd have to had ask for room service b4 8am, the place is nothing like what was advertised. Dirty inside and out, smelly, and poorly maintained room, you'd think that perfons making the money and thinking it hard to maintain the property that is generating the money, like crazy as heck.

Walls have stains, there were holes in wall patch up with wood, I was glad I bring flip flops to shower... I was disappointed on the conditions of the hotel... guests in the hotel smell of Marijuana, definitely not family friendly 😕

We actually cancelled our stay shortly after checking in. The hotel was not kept in good repair but it was clean. In the lobby there was an overdose kit box prominently displayed on the wall with boxes of Narcan. That kind of fit in with the whole feel of the place.

Staff were friendly. The room was below par. The basin was slanted couldn’t put your toothbrush on it because it would slide off. The shower had no enclosure so the water would pour out.Asked for a toothbrush I had forgotten mine - they had none.Rooms looked old and the beds were uncomfortable.

I had a very disappointing stay at the Econo Lodge in Rochester, NY. The room was extremely dirty—there was hair all over the bathroom sink, the towels were stained, and the bed sheets also had visible stains. The floors weren’t clean, and the microwave was in a filthy condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make major improvvements.
