It didn't look like the pictures.

Walls have stains, there were holes in wall patch up with wood, I was glad I bring flip flops to shower... I was disappointed on the conditions of the hotel... guests in the hotel smell of Marijuana, definitely not family friendly 😕

We actually cancelled our stay shortly after checking in. The hotel was not kept in good repair but it was clean. In the lobby there was an overdose kit box prominently displayed on the wall with boxes of Narcan. That kind of fit in with the whole feel of the place.

Staff were friendly. The room was below par. The basin was slanted couldn’t put your toothbrush on it because it would slide off. The shower had no enclosure so the water would pour out.Asked for a toothbrush I had forgotten mine - they had none.Rooms looked old and the beds were uncomfortable.

I had a very disappointing stay at the Econo Lodge in Rochester, NY. The room was extremely dirty—there was hair all over the bathroom sink, the towels were stained, and the bed sheets also had visible stains. The floors weren’t clean, and the microwave was in a filthy condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make major improvvements.

Inexpensive. The room was clean (when I arrived) and didn't smell, the air conditioner worked, and the shower had hot water. The room was poorly maintained. The privacy latch hung off the doorjamb, as if the door had been kicked in. There was a power strip dangling from the microwave (this is a code violation). The toilet flushed properly about half the time. There was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but I was here for five days, the room was never cleaned, and the trash wound up spilling onto the floor.

The room's floor was very creaky and noisy. The bedside tables needed cleaned, and the sheets/duvet for the bed was gross. The faucet in the bathroom was not properly attached and moved around when you turned on either faucet. Water pressure was quite low from the sink's faucet. The microwave was peeling on the inside and rusty. At least the air conditioner worked.

They was no person at the front desk so I didn’t get a room
-
Good... good water pressure and hot water Bad... needs repair, no dresser, burn holes in linens, burn marks in night stand, noisy area

Room was fine. There were some issues with the outdoor door locks not working so we had to prop it open to get our stuff in. They said they were ordering new locks. . When I walked in they quoted a room price considerably higher than the online price I had just seen. I had to make the reservation on the phone while standby the desk to get the lower price. Not a lot of sense in that. Overall it was an OK budget hotel. Room was clean and no significant issues
-
Only concern I had was people latenight outside Talking loud which was spoiling The peace and quiet of My 2 evenings sleeping in My room Ans a ceiling panel above the shower was missing but all else seemed okay ….
-
Very safe very wonderful, dust lady big rooms big shower, hot water. It was a good
-
The room itself was quite basic and had a cracked window. However the windows opened which is important to me and the beds were comfortable and shower hot.

Rooms were horrible. The stench of smoke as we opened the door was so bad. And it lingered the entire time we were there. Toilet was not bolted down on either side and rocked as you were on it. Toilet seat slid around as well. The center faucet wiggled because it wasn't installed properly. Hot/cold handles were put on backwards. Took a bath and shower at the same time. An old bracket from a towel bar was still hanging on the wall. Flooring stuck up in places and almost cut our feet. Horrible place! Do not stay here! They should be paying us to stay!

This place is absolutely gross! The smell was horrible everywhere. The toilet was super dirty, the floors were gross, and the window was broken with tape on it — definitely did not feel safe at all. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway the entire time. I know it’s cheap, but honestly I would rather pay more than stay at this gross place again. I hate giving bad reviews, but people should know before booking. Do NOT stay here!

We have stayed here before and want to continue to do so but it’s important to us that the owners accept their responsibility to repair equipment & facilities promptly.
-
The location was unwelcoming the lobby gave off a run down filthy motel vibe for the price there charging it’s not worth it

BEWARE we arrived late for a 1-night stay. It seemed OK - well lit with card access, lobby was welcoming, front desk was pleasant. I booked through hotels.com & payed in advance I thought we’d be good to go. Check-in went well until they asked for a credit card. That’s standard - they usually place a hold that releases when you check out. What raised major red flags with me was that they weren’t intending on placing a hold but they were going to take a photocopy of my card to keep on file. I’m sorry but absolutely not. Even with card monitoring through my bank there is no way that I would ever allow someone to take a copy of my card. The attendant did say they would discard it after checkout, but I was not reassured. I’m very disturbed that this wasn’t listed as a requirement of booking. Thankfully, I had a small amount of cash on me & they finally allowed a $100 cash deposit. Unfortunately, we were put in a room with an active leak from the ceiling. It had obviously been leaking for enough time to cause damage to the window, wall, & baseboard (poorly covered with a scrap piece of drywall). We were moved to a vacant room that was at least in better shape. However, that entire hotel was poorly cleaned & in horrible condition. Most of the room doors looked like they had been kicked in & poorly repaired. The HVAC vents were atrocious. Oh, & they advertised free breakfast but there wasn’t any. If it wasn’t so late & we didn’t have to get up so early we would have left.
