Fairfield by Marriott Rochester Henrietta/University Area

We were traveling while on the road and hotel options were limited. We were missing items in our room which I get happens. The hardest part for us was the weekend breakfast hours don’t start until 7am which just felt late and the breakfast wasn’t great. They also have no high chairs or water fountains.

Was great. Would stay again.

Check in was fast and easy. Plenty of parking. The room was clean and cooled and smelled nice.

When we checked in, there wasn't any electricity because of wind.Thousands of people were out. We were only out for an hour or so we got into our room and went swimming for awhile. We were offered cookies and water. So a situation that's started bad turned out to be a great stay. Daughter also appreciated vegan sausage

The breakfast was above average. We stayed two nights and the hot menu items were different both days. The room showed some signs of wear, but was comfortable. the fitted sheet on the bed had lost its elasticity so it didn't stay on the mattress. We had no maid service while we were there.

The service was excellent and our room was clean. The bathroom was very small and the mirror was drenched after using the shower and there was no vent to dehumidify the room. The breakfast was okay but the room was small so one day there was no seat available for us. The good thing was our room was very quiet and parking was plentiful. We frequent Fairfield Inns around the country and this one was not up to the standards we had expected from Fairfield.

The hotel was very clean and updated , location was good for our purposes.

everything was fine except the hot breakfast, eggs and sausage cold and potatoes not cooked. we were the first o es there so everything should have been hot

As soon we arrived, the check in was quick and professional. You can smell the fresh and clean of the lobby, but we realized that the cleanliness and fresher was actually in the whole hotel. We stayed 4 people in the room so we needed more towels, thought it will be an issue like others hotels that I stayed in the past, but no, when I asked about it , the manager who was at the reception at that moment help me giving me not only with the towels and pillows, she make sure that we feel comfortable. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was delicious.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was very good.

Breakfast had several choices , hot and cold . Pool was clean and accessible for seniors . Would recommend.
