Unkempt, no towels, no hands soap or shampoo. Dirty

First impression, paint flaking from exterior trim, door scraping hard when opening. Parking area is gravelly, pothole. Inside.....ironing board set up with drywall material on it....the hanger for it and the iron had pulled out of wall, hanging by one screw. No hand towels. No hangers. No bath mat. No body wash in dispenser. Coffee maker disheveled, apparently missing components, unusable. NO housekeeping during four night stay. Hard surface floor seemed to stick to feet. When advised of issues, office person said he'd advise housekeeping, nothing ever happened. A total dump.

Worst smell ever! Lots of flies. Left after 8 minutes

The blankets had granules of dirt on them as if someone laid on the bed with work boots on. There were literally cigarette burns in the sheets and the air-conditioning vents had a black substance on them. I'm praying it wasn't black mold or this may be my last review ever. The shower needed a shower. The floors turned my socks black. The last two properties I've reserved through Expedia seem to have given me the least desirable of their rooms. Is this the property management acting out because I did not book with them directly? I write this screed from the third room I've been moved to in yet another hotel I booked with Expedia. The review on this place will be a doozy.

No way to control the air conditioner, all buttons broke

The rooms are smelling disgusting. Forced change the first room due smell worse than fish market. The second room got. Made feel sick my whole family and finally my family run away from the facility asking the to refund by around 5:30 am morning and took another room in the near by place There is nothing I liked there. Totally disgusting

Old, dirty, has a horrible smell

This room was horrifying! The beds were unmade, the bedding was stained, the bathroom was disgusting, and the smoke alarm was beeping. The entire area smelled like weed and cigarettes.

My room was old and dirty. The celing was dark and had mold, room smelled so badly. Room needs a repair and Very Deep cleaning. Tv remote control didn't work, stained bed sheets. I don't recommend this place

Location to where I needed to get to was good. Stained linen & towels. Room smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with an awful air freshener or something worse. Set off my allergies all night long. People smoking on the stairs & cigarette butt liter everywhere.

The room we stayed in wasn't exactly dirty, but you could tell it wasn't properly deep cleaned. Cigarette smoke clung to the walls and the shower/tub was dirty and stained. If that was what we could see, imagine what we couldn't. We won't be staying again.

The bed liner looks old and not clean. Not breakfast. Staffs were polite. Available parking. I won’t choose this place again.

Bad

I paid for 2 weeks and checked out after 1 week. The room was so humid I had trouble breathing at night. I had duble beds and both bed sheets had multiple big yellow stains. It look like pee stains. I had to keep bathroom door closed because I can smell the toilet water bad oder. And the room overall smelled moldy. I always keep a humidity temperature reader with me at at one point it was at 88. I managed to get it down to 77 the lowest.

I didn’t like or appreciate any of the service I received. None of my requests were token into consideration so I was forced to sleep in those conditions for 2 days. Room service 0, front desk service 0, sleeping condition & room conditions 0. Feces behind bed , feces in tub, dirty towel, dirty bed sheets & covers, urine in toilet, the floor was sticky microwave wasn’t working etc. I demand a 100% full refund at once that was very distasteful, disgusting & displeasing & the front desk and room service workers were very inconsiderate. It was so disgusting I almost threw up from the feces behind the bed and that was one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in.

Staff was amazing and helpful room still had used towel hung over, soap was out and saw some fruit flies in the sink
