Outdated, in need of a reno and sound proofing, you can hear everything everywhere - loud people in the hallways and outdoors. A little overpriced for the quality of stay.

The place is clean for a good night sleep. Could use some updating to the building.

Clean room, ample parking, good restaurant, comfortable bed, easy to access main roads. Unfortunately, there was a power failure when we arrived. The staff were very helpfull and courteous even during the power outage as they were being bombarded by all customers

Basic property but clean, good staff and easy location. Since it’s a renovated property the water pressure on 3rd floor bath was very poor.

Good Front desk people taking too long time to attend Customer check-in process

Pool was cold....inside and outside.

On the positive side, the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the on-site restaurant was good with a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. We booked through Expedia with a deposit already paid for one night and the remaining balance due at arrival. Despite providing our invoice, we were charged for the full stay again at check-in. Staff advised us to pay in full and dispute it with Expedia afterward. Expedia then advised the hotel must resolve the issue, leaving us stuck in the middle with no resolution. In addition, our room key cards stopped working twice during our stay. We were careful not to place them near phones or magnetic sources, and even after receiving new cards and walking directly to the room, they still failed, requiring repeated trips to the front desk. Most disappointing was the lack of assistance from front desk staff and Manager on Duty working the evenings of June 12 and June 13, who showed little interest in helping resolve these issues. We are requesting that a general manager or someone in charge contact us directly regarding the billing error and our overall experience.

Good location near I-90 near Rochester. Room was clean and comfortable. Desk clerk was snippy. We paid online but she gave us a receipt for significantly more than Booking.com charges and said the difference was taxes. When I questioned why we were being charged additional taxes beyond those we paid on Booking.com, she asked another clerk to explain because I “obviously didn’t understand what I just explained.” Then she told me I had to pay $50 as a security deposit. The screen on the credit card machine showed $35.10 which looked like the amount she had tried to charge me earlier. She told me, “I just explained that to you 15 seconds ago.” I’m not inclined to return to this location on future travel through the area. The second staff member was nice, but didn’t stay to complete the transaction. The morning staff member was very polite.

The hotel was very clean and the staff that checked us in were so kind ! Beds were also very comfortable Toilet flushed very slowly had to hold the handle down for a long time.

The location was great! We enjoyed having a drink at Charades. The bartender was friendly and professional. We also were very happy that my request for an adjoining room was honored. We used elevator #6 when we first checked in and went up to the 3rd floor. It made a hard stop at the floor that caused us concern. We used elevator #5 after that. Our key cards were temperamental for room 309. Although the light would flash green, the door was still locked. It took us 2-3 tries for the card to work correctly. The person at the desk tried to rectify this for us by giving us new key cards. Our guess is that the keycard reader was possibly malfunctioning?

Hotel is okay but not great.

It seemed like the spa, etc. was nice although I did not take advantage. It was clean and functional and definitely they try to make sure everything is up to snuff. The HVAC system did not seem to have a very well functioning dehumidifying system. The air was incredibly damp, even with the air conditioning on.
