Modern Well lighted. Wide accessible University RIT owned, Large, +300 room, institutional design, with inconsistent handicapped access, in a Henritta suburb, with large college residences during term, and temporary nearby hospital patient discharges. Probably too much for young adult market. Impersonal, curt, uncooperative staff. “By the (hotel’s) book” reaction and approach. Multiple annoying problems, bad room cards, faulty TV or room HVAC with wild swinging temperature control requiring “engineering”, often hard to locate in “big” facility. Peeling ceiling paint in drive overhead entrance. More distant location than competing options.

The pool was nice, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The price was great too There are no suites

It was very conveniently situated. Despite multiple attempts, I could never find a dryer that functioned in the guest laundry.

Price, clean, and room was fine Restaurant was cafeteria style instead of sit down with waitress/waiter service

Check in very smooth.Hotel very clean and well maintained.The only inconvenience was the hour of pool time.It was open from 10 and checked out was at 11 so it’s no way you can use when you stay only 1 day .Other then that everything was good The check-in process was seamless. The hotel was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The sole inconvenience was the pool’s operating hours. It was open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, making it unsuitable for a one-day stay. Apart from this, everything was satisfactory.

When I got there, I was handed paper work and no mention of breakfast. In the morning I looked at paperwork to see what time breakfast was nothing. I then looked at menu and found t says d breakfast was available for purchase. Interestingly, I was sent a review on how was my breakfast. I feel I should be compensated for not getting the breakfast I intended on receiving in the higher price of the hotel and hat says d breakfast included. I had to spend extra money for breakfast for my daughter and I that I should not have had to do as I choose the higher price of the hotel because it said breakfast included.

It’s very close to i90. Very, very convenient location. I didn’t see breakfast set up. Hopefully that can be rectified someday. Wasn’t sure about WiFi charges, so I didn’t use it. The set up wanted my cell number and warned that charges could be added to my phone. That was a deal killer.

The person at the desk during my check-in, Jason, was professional, friendly and very welcoming. We had a couple of good laughs as he very efficiently got my room ready. The hotel is large with lots of entrances and hallways. I got a little confused about where my room was. But the room was comfortable and clean. A very good value and a very friendly staff.

Clean, good location. We stayed here before leaving on an early morning flight out of Rochester.
