Absolutely beautiful place. Slept amazing, bed and pillows were comfy. We will definitely be back when we are up to see our son at school.

The hotel was very clean and modern. I did not hear the traffic from the outside during the night. Convenient location just off I-390 and the Thruway and not too far from the airport.

It was a beautiful, very clean room. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We loved this hotel!

I guess il just stick with Homewood Suites next time. Hopefully other guests wont have to deal with this lady. 🙏

The beds were too soft. Other than that, a really pleasant stay.

Clean and large room

Clean, bright, big rooms Breakfast was meh. Cold eggs, quiche was not cooked, cold sausage.

Room was beautiful and, had we been staying multiple days and nights, would have been excellently stocked and very convenient.

Basic continental breakfast. Opt out of breakfast. The building has a odd smell. The bathroom in my room smelled awful. The air system in room is terrible. Either your too hot or too cold.

The room was beautiful and private. The bed was comfortable and roomy. No complaints

For a new hotel, our first room only had working electrical in half of the room. So the gentleman at the front desk put us into another room and then charged me for it. It has been a week and they still continue to not call me back or even answer the phone at the hotel. Customer service at this location is horrible and they dont know what they are doing, (other than one female who was very helpful). Managers are either never there or dont know how to do their jobs either. Just this experience alone, I will never stay there again!

The young lady who checked us in was great! She was helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasn't the best. However, we did only get one item to go (a sandwich made with an English muffin and sausage, egg, and cheese). We didn't check the other food items.
