Our go to place to stay whenever we are visiting our son at RIT. Property is immaculate and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Bedding was stained on sheets and blankets. Arrived later in the evening. They were replaced by staff once notified.

The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The hosts for the night were pleasant, friendly, and very accommodating. The room was much bigger than expected, with plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

was very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was fine. I had some oatmeal. My family tried some of the other items and said they were good enough for a hotel! :)

Very nice clean new hotel. There were no towels in the room, but the front desk was very helpful and ran them up in 4 minutes!

The location is one of the hotel's biggest advantages. It's conveniently located less than 1.5 miles from Syracuse Airport, with easy access to the highway, making it a great stop for travelers. It's also a convenient base if you're planning a trip toward Niagara Falls. One area that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection and quality were disappointing compared to what I expected. It would also be a nice addition if the hotel offered a 24-hour coffee station for guests, especially for those with early flights or late arrivals. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, and with a few improvements in housekeeping details and the breakfast experience, this hotel could be an even better choice.

Focus on cleaning.

Breakfast was the same every day. Cage free eggs waffles and turkey sausage. There were also options of yogurt and cereal.

Property looked brand new and immaculate. It was everything we were looking for in a hotel for the evening. My wife and kids were very happy to stay here.

Lisa at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant to chat/interact with, especially given my arrival at the property around 1:00 AM local time. She was super helpful and exceptionally clear in the instructions provided at check-in. The property itself is brand new, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. My only complaint is that the body soap in the shower dispenser was depleted, and shower water splashed all over the bathroom floor. Plus, hotel parking was slightly limited in the middle of the night.

The room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly clean and comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort. I also really enjoyed visiting the city of Rochester. It’s a beautiful place with plenty to see and do, and this hotel was the perfect home base for my trip. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again!
