I went to the front desk and explained the bedding wasn’t clean and needed to be replaced. The attendant came up, told me the sheets had already been replaced, and said “they all stain even after washing.” He set new sheets on the bed without changing them, saying housekeeping was busy and I’d have to do it myself. I told him I was a paying guest asking for clean sheets, not offering to do the job myself. He reluctantly called housekeeping. One of the housekeepers came in with a clear attitude, insisted the sheets were clean, and raised her voice at me I told her that wasn’t acceptable. While changing the sheets, she and her coworker spoke to each other in Spanish in a way that felt dismissive, then left without a word. The next day we went out and came back to find our trash from the night before still sitting in the room nothing had been touched. It was exactly as we’d left it. On top of all this, I was charged a $50 deposit that I still haven’t gotten back. I made sure I took a video of how we left the room before I left too.

Staff excellent. AC excellent. Near everything but not so close that you hear all the traffic. Great placement for RIT parents.

One of the worst hotel/motel experiences of my life. Bugs in room. Floor was dirty. Sink missing a drain cover. Laundry room on second floor and not accessible to some on using a Cain. Recommend spending a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. It appears they a remodeling but they still have a long way to go.

Room was super dirty, so was rest of the hotel. Mysterious stains on that walls and bed, and the shower had a bunch of hair left in it. Room was very small and bathroom door didn’t close all the way. When we asked the front desk for 1 extra pillow they said that it’s against their policy to provide any extra pillows- what?? Never heard that at a hotel before. Breakfast was minimal. Won’t be staying here again.

Just okay. Really just needed a place to sleep for a couple nights

The room was fine, no problems there, staff was a problem. First, while checking in I was charged $60 for a $50 room deposit. Then I was charged $127 for a $106 room. When I questioned this I was told that I used a third party and oh well. I was not the only one told this. I complained and it was eventually corrected. Female staff at desk was rude and male had a very thick accent. Breakfast was bad. Skip this one. Second bad experience with Wyndham places, I’ll be avoiding them in the future.

Felt really clean. Rooms are a little smaller than similar properties. No soap in the bathroom, not by the sink or in the shower and front desk didn't have any. Upstairs ice machine was broken and felt like it had been for quite awhile (sign was clearly old).

Clean room, good staff, easy parking, ac in the room. Just a little thing toilet kept running water makes noises all night, the bathroom door hard to open and close:)

It wasn’t in a congested area and close to shops The floor in my room was so dirty that I had to wash my feet before getting dressed or even into bed. They didn’t have regular coffee and the decaffeinated coffee was weak and tasted burnt The fire door to the stairs did not stay shut and posed a danger if there was a fire

Good hotel. Pretty clean in the room. No frills place, but maintained well. The room while nice, did have an unpleasant smell as the ac looked like it hadn't been clean in years. In addition, the breakfast selection was very limited and there were a few flies there. However, overall as the room was well maintained, I would say it was a pleasant .

The rooms were pretty big and clean. I didn't expect that in an area like Rochester. I also liked the quiet and calmness of the surroundings. The keys kept getting cancelled after every night even though our checkout was after 4 days. And i thought there could be more items or at least some variations everyday for the breakfast.

Staff was not so friendly from checking. ac was making lot of noise. Room cleanliness was just alright.. Super thin walls it was as if someone was using your restroom even when next room neighbors were using theirs…

The room

The staff was very nice and the location was good. Housekeeping did not clean the room at all during our 3 night stay. There were cobwebs on the wall next to the bed and tape from what must have been decorations over the bed still there from a previous stay.
