Felt totally cheated with online pictures. Nothing like that was there. The place was so dirty. I should demand a full refund from Expedia.

Our unique concern was the cleaning, the pillow case was dory, restroom and towels.

That they were able to book me two room because they never found the booking.com reservation Booking .com They could not find my reservation thru you I had to book it in person n thank God they were able to give me 2 rooms but it cost me more. Cause of booking .com who I will have to rethink about booking with booking.com again which I might not

This was a great stay. It was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the breakfast. I think the outdoors needed to be picked up . Garbage laying around in the lot. This could have been blown over however; construction going on around the building.

We had a couple of hiccups but Syed, Fatima, Angel and the woman at the front desk that lent me a box fan made it all better.

It was close to where I needed to be and the price The website says free breakfast and there was no free breakfast or any breakfast for that matter. When asked about the breakfast they told me they have not had it for 4 months or more (but yet it is still on their website!) I feel ripped off because of this. I had to spend $50 a day for breakfast for three people every day (That's $150+). They only clean your room upon request but fail to tell you that at check-in. Three days and they never cleaned our room. The bathroom door looks like some one punched it. The toilet needs to be anchored down. TV reception was horrible.

Ok travel hotel, but not worth more than $200 we paid. Our mistake. Staff at front desk helpful. Bed soft, but no coffee in room. Very old, tired property w some minor renovations.

I reserved a room for 4 people and got just 2 towels. Room was dirty. The hotel discontinued breakfasts and didn't let us now about that. Tv remote control didn't work.
