The staff did their part well in welcoming in guests. The room we got was decent but hot because the a/c wasn't on. Usually the rooms we booked in the past would be cool as soon as we enter because the a/c was on. Our room's a/c wasn't on and the room was hot. Some parts around the room for example the mini fridge had some weird dirt around it. The toilet paper was squished in the holder and not neatly placed in. The towels had a strong vinegar smell to it but were overall clean. The location of the hotel overall is good with nice restaurants.

1. While a free breakfast was advertised, none was available and no compensation was offered. 2. The shower floor was very slippery when wet. We had to put a towel down in order to be safe. 3. No Netflix available. 4. Noisy. 5. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower didn't work.

You don’t even get what you pay for in this delapitated excuse for accomodations.

Clean and very friendly staff close to lots of amenities

Our room was old. There was a punched part out in the bathroom door. Our room had no coffee machine and was short on towels. It also had no conditioner in shower. When I asked at the front desk I was dismissed. And when I asked a cleaning stuff they said they didn't speak English.

The only problem I had with the property was that there was no iron or board in the room.

Everything u need... hot shower with good water pressure. Comfy bed and strong coffee.

Smoking smell in bedroom and ice machine did not work.

Trust the reviews. Check in was extremely odd and lacking in all aspects of customer service. Curtains were stained with something that looks like it came from some area of the body. Room smelled mildewy, not really worth the savings.

Room had noisy exhaust fan in bathroom, door stop was broken, and both. Vending machines were broken

The lady at the front desk was very sweet, however spin entering the E unit, there was what appear to be feces dripping down the floor door. When we got to our room, it was also not clean. There was what appeared to be peanut shells on the bathroom floor and definitely remnants from someone's meal on the bedside table. We left early as it felt unsanitary.

The hotel was not clean. No breakfast. No room service. Dirty bathrooms with flies.

There wasn't any Everything

Overall it’s a good place to sleep. It’s close to highways, and restaurants. Only thing I don’t really like is they don’t clean your room or bring you clean towels unless you ask

They had no breakfast available at this location, but they did send us to a sister location that did have breakfast. The room was dirty and there wasn't enough towels or toiletries for 3 people. There was also a lot of noise at night. We could hear the room next use the bathroom. On the other hand, the beds were comfortable, but would never come here again.

Nothing That there were blood stains on the walls in common areas. Our room was dirty.

Metal bars from the bed frame were sticking out the side of the bed. TV remote barely worked and the TV was very slow to respond to changing channels. Breakfast was not included, though it says it is on the website.

Start with a positive. The staff was nice and did their best. The room was a tragedy. Hairs on the bed when we checked in mold everywhere in the bathroom dirt just filth and the entire room smelled of old cigarette smoke that would not go away we even bought a can of Lysol and tried. It is clear no one cares about appearance. The floors were filthy in the room and the rugs throughout the hotel were stained and also disgusting. It doesn't cost much to at least clean a place even if you don't want to overhaul it. If you're thinking about staying there you've been warned.
