Among the worst places, I’ve stayed a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and even though I got a non-smoking room by the time I was done staying there everything I own smelled like cigarette smoke and the maid service never came in a week of staying there when I asked why the response was so my stuff would not be stolen if that tells you anything

Unable to check in due to overbooking. Unable to get a refund because staff didn’t answer the phone. When we arrived to the property there was fighting and screaming and a guy jumping from behind a bush. It was probably best we didn’t get to check in

The bathroom was beyond gross, dirty towels on the floor behind the door. Pubic hair in the shower. The smoke detector was chirping all night because the battery needed to be replaced. When we called to have it addressed we were told no one was available to do anything about it until the morning. The staff seemed annoyed to have to check us in and had several other guests in the lobby complaining while we were trying to check in.

The pictures on the profile and hotel is not the same. Bad celings with water damage. This property needs a make over.

I didnt like there was a scammer at my door trying to boot me from the room.

There was SOMETHING covering the floors and tables that is slippery (both dangerous and disgusting) and brown, so no, it was not drying from being cleaned as I was told. The floor near the fridge had something that had spilled and was not cleaned up. The fridge was not clean. There was only one sheet on the bed (as opposed to top and bottom), no blanket or cup for the bathroom. Checking in took 20 minutes, and that was with nobody in front of me. People yelling in the hall at 1am seemed like the least of the issues. The phone was NEVER answered when I tried to call many times before arrival. THINK TWICE BEFORE STAYING HERE

Horrible, there was no room when we arrive at 10 pm only to sleep with kids. We paid x3 more expensive near by I look forward for Expedia to compensate that cost. Never go there. The missing teeth woman who greeted us at 10 pm had no empathy no apologize. Flat face.. the woman blamed Expedia.

La atención al cliente es malísima me cobraron dinero demás mucha humedad habitación sucia nevera con vidrios apestosa baños horrible tienes que llevar Clorox para desinfectar todo el cuarto estaba lleno de telas arañas toallas apestosas tienes que llevar tus propias toalllas y sábanas la cocina pésima con costra o residuos de alimentos me he quedado anteriormente en hoteles más económicos y le dan tres patadas a este no lo recomiendo para nada es pésimo tiene olor a humedad y hongo

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was in poor condition, we had water leaking under the sink. Lots of long term residents and yelling/fighting overnight. Made us uncomfortable.
