The staff are what make

The room was incredibly clean and stock with kitchen essentials for a night in. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. We enjoyed the pool and lounge area as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a well-maintained property in a very convenient location. The staff is outstanding and always helpful - from housekeeping to the front desk to the fabulous breakfast service by Celeste. There is a large yard at the back for dogs and ample, safe parking. It is our first choice when we like to visit our hometown. Many thanks to the team at Residence Inn Henrietta for another wonderful stay!

The only thing was that there was a bottle of water and half empty Diet coke bottle in our fridge but again it happens and wasnt a big deal.

Perfect layout for traveling with a teenager. The second bedroom bathroom was great. The television streaming services did not work and what did work was very laggy. There was no one available to support it.
