Staff was polite, breakfast was pretty good, clean rooms.

Parking was easy, this hotel was a good location for us to spend the night prior to attending a graduation party. The complimentary breakfast was adequate.

Lobby and hallways smelled strongly of Chrysanthemum (or similar) incense. Very comfortable room, smelled slightly of popcorn but not incense. You can hear planes, but we were not disturbed. Seems likely they offer a parking valet.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great. Will stay there again.

I was charged twice and can’t get ahold of a person to refund and my grandson found someone’s dirty socks in the bed. So which tells me the sheets were never changed

We checked in and went up to the rooms. They smelled terrible, so we tried to turn on the air conditioners and they did not work. We found a beg bug crawling on the cover, and that was the deal breaker. The front desk employee was clueless. We left the hotel and expect a full refund.

Had to wait to check in for van driver to return to also perform check in. No maid service to our room in 4 nights of our stay, including no trash removal. Carpet in room must be dirty as bare feet get tub dirty when wet. Tub had no plug & was old & nasty; caulking bad. TV stopped working, was reported, guy came, but don't believe it got fixed. Right under flight path with airplanes flying very low exactly over the hotel, so loud. Breakfast mediocre, small selection, no alternative milk. Smelly, chinsey hotel.

The room was comfortable There was no microwave in the room but a shared one in the lobby

If you don't mind hearing planes take off, I highly recommend this property. We thought it was pretty cool how low the planes are overhead.

We didn't stay because Expedia canceled our reservation without notice. Not a text. Not a call. Not an email. There was a slight problem with our credit card, and it was supposed to be charged upon arrival. It was charged much earlier, it didn't go through, they canceled the reservation. I settled the issue before we left home and it was resolved. My sons and I traveled from 2 hours away to be close by a Rochester high school for an ACT test that was not being offered in our area, and they needed to be at the testing site early. We got to the hotel at 8:30 PM and was informed the reservation was canceled after an hour at the front desk. When it was discovered what the problem was, the hotel could not do anything about it since I booked through Expedia. There were no other available rooms anywhere in the area. By 10 PM, we were to head home and then get up early to make the test, which has a closed door after 8 AM and forfeit your money policy if late. Thankfully, a call put in to a relative who lives somewhat in the area I haven't seen in some time came through, and she generously put us up for the night. We had a great time there. The hotel was more "Oh well, can't do anything for you since you booked not directly through us." Never will be booking through Expedia again. EVER.

Very clean. Perfect location if you’re flying into or out of the airport since it sounds like all of the planes are landing right on the hotel roof. All the doors are squeaky at the far end of first floor so you can keep tabs on your neighbours’ comings and goings all night. Otherwise lovely, with friendly staff

I had a great experience. It was the perfect location and the service was excellent as I waited for an early flight. The shuttle was perfect and the staff were so kind. The room was clean and comfortable and provided what I needed for the night.

We stay for those 2 reasons often.

Room was fine, I liked the bed. I didn't like breakfast, Only few options.

It was clean and convenient and close to where my family stsy That they didn't have regular sugar at breakfast only diabetic but other than that no complaints
