Very clean and helpful facility

Friendly staff. Elevator is slow and not too clean overall.

This was our first time at the Rochester airport and first time at the hotel it was a great experience.

Location was inside the airport’s main loop so you have to go past the drop off area and then turn left into parking lot. Breakfast 4am-9am. Lost points bc they don’t have many cots for extra people , if you need one they likely won’t have any in stock. and The fitness center has a broken water station and there’s no water fountain anywhere else to fill your bottle.

Excellent convenience from airport—2 minute WALK! Free easy parking at hotel. VERY VERY NICE COURTEOUS STAFF!! DELICIOUS FREE!!! Breakfast. EVERYTHING IN HOTEL WAS CLEAN. Entrance, halls, rooms, showers, parking lot EVERYTHING!!

It was a minute’s walk from the airport. The breakfast was okay. We were placed in a room on the ground floor just around the corner from the lobby. It smelled mildewy and this weird tapping kept up throughout the night. For how much they’re charging per night, we expected the room to be better.

Cozy spot for couples. Breakfast is limited to coffee++ however

I would stay here again, I could walk from car rental drop off to the hotel and from hotel to the airport, Check in lady was excellent, very helpful and considerate. Room was clean and comfortable.

Just a three minute walk to the terminal. Only place to stay when flying out of Rochester especially on the very early flights

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, professional and very accommodating, however the building itself is old and needs repair. The elevator door is very noisy, our room was as big as a match box (tiny). Our room, below the window, had water stains and patches of plaster which made the room feel and look like an old motel room. The breakfast was great and the breakfast area was very clean. I wouldn’t stay at this location again only because of the look of the room.
