We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we walked in. The man at the check in was very welcoming and pleasant. I believe his name was Adam. In the evening the fire pit was lit on the patio and it was a nice evening spent outside at the fire. The breakfast was great in the morning. When checking out the gal who checked us out was very pleasant as well. We would stay here again and plan for more then one night.

This hotel was exceptional from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always present and smiling. The hotel breakfast as a feast. There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe.

A woman ran into the lobby during check in, running away from her crazy druggy boyfriend, who had just stabbed her in the arm. We were entertained sitting on back patio, watching the police try to track him down with dogs. This place needs security.

The staff, room layout and amenities, breakfast, and location made for a nice stay.

The property was very well located for my events at Univ of Rochester. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the homemade scones in the morning were top notch delicious.

I don't remember the women's name who checked us in on Saturday, late afternoon, but she was the most professional, helpful, happiest hotel worker we have ever encountered and that's saying a lot because we travel often. The hotel is in a nice location next to a river. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Staybridge Suites Rochester was exceptional. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They provided us with information about the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. Breakfast was decent, and coffee was provided 24 hrs. Will return if back in the area.

Rooms were clean and spacious, with full kitchen and supplies. Staff was very helpful and gracious. Breakfast was nicer than expected with fresh berries and fresh avocado, and lots of gluten free options.
