staff was incredible . had a blow out and had to stay an extra night. very helpful with the extra booking .

The room smelled. The place was not clean. The linens, bed and pillows were awful never will stay there again. Very dissatisfied.

Great stay! property was clean, pool was small but my daughter still had a blast! the only complaint i have is that when they cleaned the room they didn’t bring us more toilet paper.

Nice staff Thin THIN walls..you can hear conversations and televisions. Across from air Force Base so you get helicopter noise. Okay clean...not the best.

Convenient location to University of Rochester

I never liked staying in Rochester’s hotels due to the aged condition in general. Got lucky this time though, hotel is newly renovated with new carpet both in the hallway and the room. The room, though small, looked very clean with new furniture. Can’t really comment on the surrounding environment since I only stayed one night.

The staff was hospitable and helpful.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Only downside was the room was very warm and turning the temperature down didn’t help. Highly recommend
