Motel 6 Rochester, NY - Airport

The location, its close to the airport but not 'noisy close'. If one is traveling East and can't get a redeye or flight that lines up with ones destination (I had a few hours drive to do from Rochester) then this is a great place to break up ones trip. It wasn't marked to well from the street, it appears to be a repurposed building, so it took me awhile to figure out I was actually there. There was a lot of humidity in the building but the air conditioner kept it from effecting my room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, airport shuttle.

Beds were good and clean, ac worked good, fridge was clean and cold. Bathroom was a little worse for wear and a bit grungy

They cut the water off when my daughter was taking a shower

The rooms were disgusting. The one bed sheet had blood stains on it. We asked for new bath towels to be given every day as we are a paving company and need to shower every day, they refused. Using the same bath towel for a week is disgusting and unsanitary! They didn't come in and clean the room the whole week that we were there. We had to go out and buy our own bed sheets and towels so that we could shower. The last day that we were there, we didn't have any hot water. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!

Nothing The uncleanliness of the rooms, inability to get towels and such, the people knocking at your door all times of the night and the aggressive security team forms of intimidation also one of security members beating up random people outside of hotel.

Clean

Lighting in bathroom was so dim you could barely see. No lights worked in bathroom sink area. Table lamp did not work. Refrigerator did not work. Only 2 towels in the room for 4 people staying, went to the front desk and they were unable to get extra towels because the "laundry person" wasn't there. Had a 2nd room that toilet didnt work properly. Outlet next to sink didnt work. Both rooms, matresses were hard. Half size pillows. Place is trash, spend your money elsewhere.

Didn't like when they tell you that you get you deposit soon as you check out then when you check itviscsaid to youvthat it will take 3 to 4 business day for you to get it. That is very miss leading and confusing when it should be explained in the beginning when you check in not when you check out

Not much. The cat at the front desk was cute Doors to outside were not locked anyone could just walk in. Not a safe place if traveling alone. Pool was covered and algae growing on cover. Was nervous when I saw baggies on the ground that held drugs and people hanging outside place.

Room was dirty, old. Facility felt unsafe and unclean. I checked out immediately and have reached out to the staff for a full refund

Was not told they take $100 deposit

Because as a travel nurse I met too much people to know that is WRONG TO JUGDE A BOOK BY ITS COVER" but in business trust is a MUST. Please don't hope on them ,just be aware that if something happens it will be your OWN LOST.

The price I didn't like that I had to switch my room three times. The first room didn't have a microwave nor iron.Second room the air conditioner did not work. The third room toilet running loud.

Poor quality . Very old and dingy looking room. Bathroom outdated.

The location was the only positive thing. The entire building is in dire need of renovation. Everything is from the 1980s or 90s. The pvc flooring is peeling loose in large sections the air conditioning is antiquated an extremely loud and inefficient. Although everything is old it was relatively clean.
