The were very helpful in accommodating my change of dates

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms and property were clean.

Carlos at front desk was really helpful and pleasant despite us getting there very late. Staff were overall great, and we enjoyed the breakfast!

Well the hallways were very loud and noisy we couldn’t get any sleep I think we will shop a little more the next time we come to Rochester thanks

Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was small, and the breakfast was normal. Nothing special but clean and quiet.

At first glance the room didn’t seem too bad. Until we needed to use the bathroom. The door wouldn’t close properly and I soon realized the door came off the top hinge. We reported this to the desk staff and they looked at it, tried to fix it (didn’t) and told us the hotel was fully booked for the night so “just go easy” on the door. The door wouldn’t close. The toilet ran and ran. And the shower made the worst high pitched noise I’ve ever heard a shower make. Not to mention ruin the bathroom didn’t seem to be properly swept or vacuumed as there were remnants in the corners and crevices. And let’s not forget the fact that you could hear every vehicle pass by. That was an added bonus.

Love the experience and the suite.

Great staff, clean room, great continental breakfast

It was just good. Not great. It could have been we were close to lobby. Noisy place. Especially over weekend, music and talking. Door opening and slamming to close. People getting ice at 3 am. Didn't realize it was a party type hotel.

The room was decent. They still have DirectTV and still not streaming. The gym was too basic to call a gym. The Holiday Inn only has 1 elevator for the entire property. The breakfast was minimum. The price of the rooms for Rochester was way too high. The road noise was very noticeable. The parking lot was not that great. There are better places to stay for that kind of money. Lesson learned.

The morning breakfast was not that great. The staff seemed like they hated their jobs. The Holiday Inn was OK but the room prices did not reflect what was expected. Over $200 a night, sub par gym, no pool, only 1 elevator and the staff was not happy.

Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice location, and hot breakfast.

they doubled charged my card multiple times still waiting on my refunds …. i will be calling my bank
