At nearly $500 per night, I expected a clean, comfortable room and basic amenities. Instead, the shower barely drained, leaving me standing in water that reached my ankles after just a few minutes. That’s simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging premium rates. The room also didn’t have a safe, which is a standard feature at most hotels in this price range and made it inconvenient to securely store valuables. Overall, this property is severely overpriced for what it offers. Based on the condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities, I’d value this experience closer to a $75-per-night motel than a premium Marriott. There are far better options available for the money. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

The bed sheets not clean and the beds are not comfortable. Overall outdated hotel.

The room had trouble with the availability of hot water. It was clean, but looking a little worn. The staff was wonderful. The food and server were great. The lounge was comfortable and clean. Reception was excellent.

I recently stayed there for one night specifically because of its convenient location - minutes walk from main stores- and a shuttle to & from the airport. The room was big & clean, the staff very pleasant & helpful and the ambiance delightful and relaxing. I had to leave at 3 in the morning and was happy to see staff bright & brisk available to help me at that hour.

Brought my fiancé and my mom for Mother’s Day. My mom insisted on a hotel with a jacuzzi. We all had a great time! We will be back.

Pool & hot tub are nice. Staff very nice. But no amenities at all. No free breakfast, no snacks of any kind, not even microwaves in the rooms, just a (very small) fridge. Just dont feel it's worth it for the money we pay for the room.
