Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester West/Greece

This property is beautiful. The room and amenities were great. We really enjoyed the room space and pool. The only complaint we had was the smell on our floor. I realize people are cooking I. The rooms but it was a very unpleasant smell throughout the entire floor.

This place is top tier, will absolutely go here again if we find ourselves in Rochester

Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed at yet in Rochester area! Was like a little 1bdrm apt.

To our surprise there was a courtyard area outside at the hotel. I wasn't aware that it was even there upon booking. It was a nice surprise; there were many tables with chairs, a bbq grill and a basketball court! The room was beautiful, we loved every part of it. We definitely wished we had stayed longer than 1 night. We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked nice. The fitness room seemed to be spacious with well maintained equipment. I couldn't believe the kitchen had granite countertops and a full sized fridge! There were also ample outlets to use throughout the room. The breakfast area and lobby were both very clean and inviting. The staff we bumped into during our stay were very nice and professional. They gave us a snack bag when we arrived which was cute. Most hotels that I've been to more recently have coffee available throughout the day in the lobby in carafes sometimes even cookies too, however this hotel does not. Not a crazy huge deal, I just assumed it would since it's a higher price point hotel than what I normally would pick. There was a cracked lampshade next to one side of the bed. It didn't affect our stay at all of course. I'm sure they will repair it eventually. The water pressure for the shower was a little lackluster but completely terrible. Pillows could use replacement, they were a little flat and one was lumpy

This property is great! My room was clean and very spacious. I really enjoyed having a small kitchen! The breakfast was fresh and awesome. I traveled with my 2 service dogs and the property was very accommodating. The staff was friendly, greeted me with smiles & humor. The location is near every convenience. This was an all around great stay and I will be back!

Room was clean upon arrival, one of the house keepers had an attitude. the breakfast was okay, not much options, the hot tub was dirty the first day once i address it to staff they cleaned it and it was better. This is place I stay when visiting family. I have stayed here like 4 to5 times. I do recommend.
