If you're staying in Rockland, this is the place to stay! The staff were wonderful, the Inn makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. It's a stunning establishment.

Great staff! Breakfast was wonderful! Pie for guests was a lovely treat!

A couple cons…the shower drain was very slow. The bed pillows were way too poofy for us. The air conditioning was stuck off but we managed to get it working and it worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff are kind, very accomodating, and generous. Very relaxed, comfortable, but gentile experience. Very enjoyable, peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable. I loved the classic atmosphere and furnishings. I beleive this is the smallest room in this establishment and it is still quite spacious. Thank you, Mary, John and Tammy, and John. I think it would be helpful to show a picture of the quaint bathtub/shower in the Queen room. It might be difficult for some to get in and out of it...even if one is capable of climbing the stairs to the third floor. Perhaps some grab bars would be helpful.

Our Experience - Communication is Unbelievable Texts and Emails were frequent and when we called The Inn to ask directions etc., there always was someone answering the phones. The Room was Beautiful, had everything we needed and amenities in the kitchen area with Pies and Coffee and Tea was very welcoming. I have s Service Dog that was treated like a King and other patrons at breakfast all came over to table to talk to dog. Breakfast - Yogurt with granola and fresh blueberries, Belgian Waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, Choice of Juice and of course Coffee or Tea. Why wouldn't We want to come back? Excellent - Rating !!! Thank You !!! Everything was Perfect !!!!

The staff was extremely warm and helpful. We would highly recommend Berry Manor to anyone staying in the Rockland area. We found that Rockland was the perfect place to stay that had access to all the places we wanted to visit but was less crowded. It was perfect.

The inn was beautiful and well maintained, and the staff was outstanding. We felt very welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. And the pies!

The architecture was so beautiful and the rooms were so comfortable. There’s a lot of places where you can sit and read and it’s also about a ten minute walk from the main strip so we had access to so many great and local spots like the museums and even the local events.

My partner and I enjoyed the comfort of this place. We felt like we were staying at a family member’s place. The staff was welcoming, the pie was delicious, the rooms were so lovely. Genuinely perfect Nothing. Loved everything about it.

Very nice, fresh breakfast served promptly at 8am. Very friendly staff. Had an EV charging station that I could use without cost for my ev rental car. Very nice grounds. Fresh pie each evening. Even arranged to send me some prescription pills I left by accident. Great place overall.

Were told omelets for breakfast and had scrambled eggs and bacon..... Breakfast was okay...eggs no big deal but scone was tasty.
-
Cute B+B with exceptionally friendly service. The breakfast and free pie were great
-
Breakfast was good, nothing special or different, if that is what you like
-
Generally, a nice stay. They charged us $100 extra (per night!) for our 2 month old baby, which we found a bit unnecessary and excessive. Probably would have stayed somewhere else for that extra cost.
-
Very close to walking distance to downtown. Homemade blueberry pie was delicious Had a wonderful tour when we first arrived in history of the house .
-
Very friendly, comfortable, spacious parking, great breakfast.
-
Everything was great.

Mary will give the best onboarding and things to do if you’re lucky to run into her. Firm rules of checkout, no grace period, no budging. The breakfast is ok, not as fancy as the pictures show and it has a one hour window, 8-9am. The coffee is taken away at 9:10.

The morning breakfast was delicious and plated beautifully! Would love to return next summer.

We loved the cleanliness and surprising privacy of the room. We loved the staff....in particular Mary who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also terrific.
