Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, beautiful grounds, and large room and bathroom. Convenient location.

LimeRock Inn was one of the most pleasant surprises of our Maine trip and deserves far more attention than it gets. The location was wonderful, making it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What stood out most was the incredible level of care and attention to detail throughout the property. Our room was beautifully appointed and felt both elegant and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it clear the owners take great pride in creating a special experience for their guests. The inn felt luxurious without ever feeling stuffy. Breakfast was equally impressive. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and presented, and you could tell a great deal of effort went into every aspect of the meal and the guest experience as a whole. This is the kind of place that makes a trip memorable. We left wishing we could have stayed longer and would gladly return on a future visit to Maine.

Breakfast was superb. The hospitality room was well stocked with drinks and snacks. The sitting room had lots of comfortable seating with books and games, if you wanted them. It was a great value in a charming neighborhood. Can't think of anything.

My wife and I travel extensively and have stayed in many, many places. Simply put, this was one of the best managed and most immaculate places we've ever stayed. The staff were exceptional, the building was immaculate, the bedding was very good, the breakfast excellent.

We loved the extraordinary full breakfasts. That was a nice treat! The staff were very helpful and attentive. The sitting parlor was large and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in town and an easy walk to the museum and the restaurants. Our room was charming and had a comfortable bed but the room size was small . The shower is separate from the toilet and sink area. It was cramped with the 2 of us. It would have been more comfortable for one person. There was just not a lot of floor space.

LimeRock Inn is lovely. Ashley met us at the door and showed us around the Inn. Our room was on the first floor and, although not large, provided everything we needed. The shower was huge. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was especially nice. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were excellent ! Would come back !

Ashley made and offered us a wonderful breakfast of homemade pancakes, sausage, a special fruit/yogurt dish, and delicious coffee. The breakfast was as good as any one could get at an upscale restaurant. N/A - this B&B has thought of all the amenities that make a stay lovely. Quiet neighborhood and guests helped!

The inn is charming and updated with modern bathrooms.

What a delightful place to stay! Ashley is an amazing host and everything was perfect. The house is a lovely old victorian with recently redecorated rooms, all very beautiful and comfortable. There's a delicious and ample homemade breakfast, made to order, and a comfy lounge to relax in. Ashley also had plenty of knowledge and recommendations about the area, things to do, etc. The house has plenty of off-street parking and is only a five minute walk from everything in downtown Rockland - shops, restaurants, ferry, museums, library, etc. Highly recommended and will definitely be back! Nothing comes to mind. Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea were always available. That was great. The hostess was lovely.

We love the location of the inn. It is close to downtown with its cafes, shops and galleries.
-
Beautiful historic property in downtown Rockland. Quaint and comfortable accommodations. Delicious breakfast. Lots of attention to detail and super friendly host. There was nothing we didn’t like.
-
Our room was sunny, warm and bright. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was scrumptious. There wasn’t anything to complain about.

Breakfast was very good with friendly, efficient service. Location was excellent, a short walk to Main St. and galleries and restaurants yet on a quiet mostly residential street with a lovely front porch and garden. My room was the "Petit Manan" and it was indeed petit. That said, it was well appointed, with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.
