I liked the breakfast and the view and the flowers and fire pit. There was plenty of parking and the location was convenient for restaurants and the museum.

EZ Parking, Staff was very Professional,property was clean and local area was very nice but there is a ferry port and factory across the street so don't expect it to be the quietest place.

Rather non-descript hotel, basic bed in basic hotel. Across the street from ferry terminal and water is beyond that. Not the most charming but functional.

We went by all the positive feedback on the hotel when booking and can happily add to those! Hotel has obviously undergone change over many years; updates and upgrades to an older hotel on the harbor. Rooms were clean, hallways, parking lot and breakfast area as well. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Provided breakfast was typical for what I expected of an included amenity, but definitely better than many others I’ve had at other hotels and food never ran out! The single elevator made it tricky at times to get to our room on the 4th floor expediently, but it was never a huge deal. Views from our room (we had a double queen with balcony) of the harbor were nice! My wife and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony several evenings. We didn’t have issues parking but it seemed like it could get tight due to non-guests using the lot to walk into town or to the ferry. Walkability to most anything in Rockland was great!

Room clean. Everything worked. Breakfast was suitable. Staff was focused on talking amongst themselves rather than helping customers. Air conditioner was loud, old style.
