No food was served on one of days

Location was great and Staff were friendly. No AC and the room was placed at the high way with loud noises from the cars all night long. Bed was not comfy.

Location was excellent, a great neighborhood close to the old town but more quiet and away from the big crowds. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was really good and the staff was super friendly and helpful and accommodating for our family with a small kid. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was excellent. We are super happy with our experience with this hotel. Thank you to the whole staff who work hard to make all of that happen.

Everything Nothing

We got a room upgrade which was fabulous. So, my feedback is a bit skewed by having that upgrade. Breakfast was over the top - so much variety and all delicious. The hotel also offered a driver service to transport to/from the airport. As first time visitors to Rome, this eased a lot of tension for us and the price was not that much more than standard taxi fare. Metro stop Lepanto was nearby and made getting around the city very easy. We loved shopping on Via Cola Di Rienzo - hubby got a nice suit and tie! L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele famous from the movie "Eat, Pray, Love" has a location just a short walk from the hotel. Piazza del Popolo is also a reasonable walk too. Dinner and drinks in the bar were expensive, but we expected that for the on-site hotel offerings.

Comfortable room and very nice service. Everything was good.

Rooms clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Very nice restaurant on the roof terrace. Good buffet breakfast. Walkable to Metro in 10 minutes. Perfect base for a few days in Rome with all sights easily accessible via Metro or short taxi ride.

Friendly staff and peaceful, green location away from the crowds. Bathroom could be a little bit more spacious.

Nice staff Location a bit far

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Hotel very clean. Was a little bit further away from the main attractions than I expected.

Photos of the room are with balcony, but in fact there is only window. If you want a room with balcony, book the one that has “balcony” mentioned in the room description
