The location is excellent, very easy walking distance to Termini. Being that close to Termini, the room is typically small but is quite adequate. The room facilities are modern with a lovely bathroom and everything worked well. The breakfast is good. The room is a bit small but we knew that in advance.

Really convenient location, especially if you’re arriving by train. Very close to the station and plenty of buses nearby for getting around Rome. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were pleasant enough. The pool rule was pretty ridiculous. You HAVE to wear a swimming cap to use the pool, which of course we didn’t have. Conveniently, the hotel sells them lol. It wasn’t expensive, just one of those unnecessary Italy rules that makes absolutely no sense.

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very average, I expected better for 20€ per person. Cheaper and tastier to get a coffee and croissant in the bar/cafe area

The pool was nice. Close to the train station. Staff were nice. The bed was round. Not great for tall people. The pillows were terrible to sleep on. There were no glasses to enjoy a drink, and when asked for was told had we upgraded we would have got them.

Breakfast was great, just what we needed before hitting the streets for the day, awesome waiters and kitchen staff, very helpfull and friendly. The hotel was located in just the right place, loved it, bus and train with in minutes of our awesome hotel. would truly recommend to anyone, as a bonus for us, after flying for hours , got to our hotel, then so kindly we got an upgraded room with jacuzzi and balcony :-) Cant thing of anything we didnt like. The cleaning ladies are good. I like that my bed was made very well every day. I got fresh towels every day. I think there really work hard. My bathroom get cleaned and I get fresh towels every day. I also really liked the service people. Thnk you for filling up my water bottle and always taking my drink order kindly. I was very disappointed with my stay. This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but in my opinion it falls far short of that standard. It feels much closer to a 2-star hotel. The hotel desperately needs a thorough deep clean and better maintenance. The walls throughout the hotel show signs of wear, and the walls in my room were stained as well. Even the elevator floor is damaged. The bathroom was also not cleaned to the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The fixtures for plugs easily fell off. There were stains or possibly mould in the corners of the shower and between the tiles. The sink also drained so poorly that I had to remove the drain stopper myself just to get the water to flow properly. The photos on Booking.com seem to have been taken when the hotel was first renovated because the current condition of the hotel does not match what is advertised. My room was another disappointment. The king-size bed was simply two single beds pushed together. You could clearly feel the gap between the mattresses, and it was impossible to comfortably lie in the middle because the beds would move apart. I also feel I was misled regarding the room itself. When I booked on Booking.com, the photos for my room category showed a bright room with large floor-to-ceiling windows (without a balcony). I specifically requested a nice view, and while I was given a room facing the front of the hotel, the room itself was completely different from the one shown in the listing. Instead of tall windows, my room had a small, high window that made the room very dark. I almost had to stand on my toes just to see outside. I even showed the receptionist the Booking.com listing and the photos displayed for my reservation to explain why I believed the room did not match what had been advertised. However, she insisted that I had only booked a room without a balcony instead of addressing the fact that the room itself was different from the images.

Good location to the station No underlay on the bed. Thin sheet only covering the mattress , becomes a hygiene issue.
