overall, room and bathroom were clean. room was very very small. There was no space to open my carry-on luggage if not on the bed. I came with my carry on luggage. I never travel with a checked in luggage. Despite the small size of my luggage, there was no space on the floor big enough to open it. I had to open it on the bed and close it and put it away once I needed to go to bed. In addition, the room was super hot. There was an AC on the wall but it was not working or there was no way to operate it as there was no remote control in the room nor were there buttons on the AC to operate it manually. I hardly had enough sleep at night as the noisy ceiling fan was no help to abate the sweat all over my body but, instead, its noise gave me an impression it could fall at any time.

Everything was fine. But the television didn't work.

We didn't have any problems with the check in, and the host was friendly. The room was clean but very basic. The hotel was very close to the train station which was nice. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain so water just goes everywhere when taking a shower. I couldn't find a place to hang the towels in the bathroom so I found a place in the room. The hotel is on the fourth floor and on the morning that we checked out the elevator wasn't functioning. My wife is in a wheelchair and struggled to get down all of the stairs. The hotel host did help us get the wheelchair and luggage down the stairs and apologized for the break down. There was a sign in the check in area that said using the air conditioning was an extra nightly cost, and that surprised me as well.

COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED! CHECK THE PHOTOS I ATTACH! 1. The bathroom was not properly ventilated. There was an open gap between the bathroom and the bedroom, there was NO outside window for the bathroom, and the ventilation fan was NOT working. As a result, unpleasant odors and sounds would spread into the room after using the bathroom, which created hygiene and comfort concerns. Also the toilet didn't look properly clean and you can clearly notice mold in-between the bathroom tiles and under the bathroom carpet. Also there was significant limescale buildup inside the toilet bowl. 2. We were surprised to find a notice at the hotel stating that entry is not possible after 00:30! This information WAS NOT MENTIONED during the booking process, in the hotel policies, or in the important information section. One of the main reasons for our trip was to enjoy Rome during the evening and return late at night, so discovering this restriction only after arrival had a significant impact on our plans and made the whole booking useless. 3. The toilet paper provided appeared to have already been partially used before our arrival, which was not a good first impression from a hygiene perspective. 4. The shower area lacked a proper barrier to keep water contained, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor after shower. Even if the missing barrier was unavoidable, no mop or cleaning equipment was provided to clean the water. As a result, the bathroom quickly became dirty during normal use and was uncomfortable to use for the remainder of our stay. Because of these issues, we decided to cancel our accommodation and leave the following morning after only a few hours at the property, as the situation was simply unbearable for us. We requested a refund from the accommodation provider, however the request was refused. We are currently waiting for Booking.com to review the case and hope that a refund will be granted.

The bed was very comfortable and the man who worked the front desk was very friendly. Not close to any interesting areas but well connected. There was a curfew of 12:30 am. We also had to pay an additional fee of 48 euros. We had to be manually let in to the entrance so sometimes it would take a while. The room was also very small and bare.

The hotel manager was extremely kind and welcoming. If I came back late at night, he was happy to unlock the door regardless. The room was very quiet for its location by Termini Station. The location was unbeatable if you plan to travel by public transport or take trains out of the city. Since I stayed for a long period, my linen was changed for free. Cleaner did an excellent job and replaced a broken appliance immediately when I brought the issue to their attention. Nearby are two excellent cafés where one can enjoy authentic Italian coffee and treats as well as a supermarket (by Termini Station) and launderettes for washing your clothes. The walls are thin, so bring earplugs if prefer not to hear your neighbors! Towards the end of my stay, the elevator started to smell really bad. My room could have been a little brighter. I wish guests could have a key to unlock the front door to the hotel, instead of having to call the manager to open it -- doesn't seem fair to wait around or wake him up in the middle of the night.

Great place to spend a night: close to the Roma TERMINI, ideal if you need to catch a train early next morning. Immaculately clean. I was there for a night and that night was hard to bear as the ventilator is no replacement for an air conditioner!

Central location to Metro and historical sites. We felt like we were in a hostel. We noticed on second day it cost extra for A/C—would have loved to know on arrival as they only turned on overhead fan in our room and opened the window as it was 100° outside. Bathroom was very small with toilet, sink, and shower in limited space so everything got wet. Would not recommend for older people as very slippery. Limited toilet paper, no tissues or extra towels, and bedding could be improved. Proprietor was very pleasant. If you like to rough it, this is the place for you.

The place was clean. The staff was a bit rude when I was trying to enter the building. The room was extremely small, and they did not provide enough blankets. Turning on the ac was a 10 euro upcharge, which is weird considering the current price point. There were quite a few places that were better in room size and facilities for this price.

Require 28 euro in cash for tourist tax. Won't accept card or bank transfer. Single bed for solo travellers. Small rooms,

The staff was exceptional. Rooms where very nice for the price (50 euros per person per night). Especially for the nice location next to the Main train station. Giving us a lot of ways to get around the city A minor pet peeve would be that every day we got woken up at 7 am by the church bells. While the bed was comfortable I found the cover a bit thin especially during the night where it can get chilly in Rome in November.

Great location: 10-15 minutes walk from Tremini Station and within 2-3 km from Rome City Center and Tourist Attractions. Small clean room with private toilet and bathroom, 5-speed Fan on the ceiling and small fridge. I had to buzz in each time I am entering the Hotel and wait for the Receptionist to open the front door. This Hotel will not allow guests to go out or come in after 12:30 am, which (in my opinion) is ridiculous. I was told Hotel Staff had no spare Keys for each of the Rooms, so whenever a Guest would like their Room to be Cleaned - they had to leave the Keys at the Reception.

Pleasant

A very calm place near Roma termini. The room made a clean and save impression. • The room was super tiny and not cosy, I had not expected something like this for the price and under the name "hotel". • The room can be better described as an capsule in a capsule hotel with private bathroom and 100% privacy. • It was basically a king-size bed next to a normal size kitchen fridge serving as table next to the bed. There is no other possibility than to be in bed when you are in the room during the day. One can hardly walk around the bed. So if you spend more days in Rome and will not always be all day out, I can't recommend this. • I only had a small trolley, but larger luggage would have been difficult to handle in this room. • You always only get in by ringing a bell or calling a number. So you always depend on staff being present. You cannot get in after 0:30. • There is no breakfast. (But Roma termini of course has some coffee places open early.) • On arrival one has to pay 16€ in cash as city tax fee. • In the bathroom the shower is basically over the toilet, so the whole bathroom turns into a shower when you take a shower. Was o.k. for me, but may not be for some others.

The hotel manager was incredibly friendly. The bathroom was very "compact" and required some adjusting, but other than that the room was very good and the hotel is a block away from Termini.
