Hotel Indipendenza

I was shocked by how decent the room was. It wasn't very big but it was comfortable enough for a 1 or 2 night stay. The location is amazing for taking the train intercity or for getting on the train to the airport. Not a romantic place to stay, but great and practical for a short stopover in Roma. It could have been a little bit cleaner and it could've felt a little bit less dingy but those are very minor considerations, all in all this is a great place to stay.

Well, I liked the page with the nice layout and clean place. BUT This hotel was absolutely NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON THEIR PAGE. IT WAS DIRTY, SMALL ROOMS AND IN A SKETCHY LOCATION. THE "LIFT" WAS ALSO QUESTIONABLE. WE DID NOT STAY AND LET THE DESK PERSON KNOW WHY. ALSO TOLD NO REFUNDS- I WON'T RECOMMEND EITHER THIS HOTEL OR BOOKING .COM to anyone- and think I should get a full refund.

It was right next to the main station in Rome. The room has been cleaned every day. There was no real bed duvet - just a blanket and a bedsheet and it was one for two people. The towels were not real towel. No utilities in the room like cups or cutlery. Scary old elevator but it worked. Far from all the tourists attractions (20-40 min walk to most of them).

Very comfortable stay. Robert at the front desk was extremely nice and ready to help!

Location was good starting from check in procedure, elevator was so bad, bathroom extremely old and nasty, with mold both in the room and bathroom. Bad towels, bad bedsheets, very old blankets etc

First of all it’s Lucas the staff of the hotel.he’s so nice and very helpful.the second is the bed that is so comfortable and clean.the last one is the location. The room is tiny for three people but it’s ok..

The toilet is worse. The toilet seat was broken and not the right size

We enjoyed the trip to Rome and it was great to have a room that fit three adults. It was cozy, the location was nice, and we enjoyed our stay there with friends. Nothing to add

Bathroom size

The staff was very friendly. Cristiano and his coworker were very kind. We got a quick layout of what we should prioritize during our quick visit. It was great! Nothing

Good value for money as our trip was a short stopover. Family room fit 4 of us comfortably (incl 2 teenagers). A few touches were missing, like bottled water for the guests, but we could not beat the location for our one day to access sites in Rome then can a an early train out the next day.

The hotel was excellent, great location, just a few minutes from Roma Termini, lots of places to eat at nearby, Conad supermarket, etc. Room itself was really clean and tidy with a beatiful terrace to lounge at. The host was super friendly, helpful and resourceful. Loved it here.

Exceptional

The property is very well located , and very clean! The terrace is a very good addition. You can have breakfast , or chill in the evening there. The receptionist is helpful and also allowed us to leave our bags after check out. You can use extras like kettle with coffee and tea, fridge, iron . The duvet and the pillows can be renewed , they were clean but rather old.

Location is perfect near to trains, metro. It has a great ratio of price to quality. I looks as on photos but when you come to Rome you are not staying all day in hotel room. Personel was extremly helpfull - we left Airpods in the room and they send it back to me.

The terrace was great for evening talks. The bed was comfortable, despite I have back problems. The accommodation was clean. Location is very good (Termini is next street, restaurants, groceries in the street). The owner/staff was friendly. The bathroom was mediocre and it was small, but no real problems.

The room was small, but having two double beds for 4 people was definitely a plus, and they were comfortable. The room was clean, which was important to me. The bathroom was also clean. The location is great, as it's close to Termini station. I highly recommend it for sightseeing in Rome, although we spent our whole days out exploring the city and only came back to the hotel at night.
