Within 5 minutes of Termini Station, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a small fridge and coffee making facilities. Great water pressure and air conditioning.

The Yes Hotel is a beautiful and clean hotel with great staff that made my stay in Rome even more wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect because it is surrounded by many restaurants & shops. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Rome!

It was good for the star level. There is a street a block or so away were there were a few drunk, homeless guys in the evening. But the closeness to the train station and Metro made it worth it.

Location was close to the train station in a decent neighborhood. The rates were good and Julietta was the Crown Jewel. That our stay wasn’t long enough

Excellent location for access to Roma Termini station. It was the perfect place to stay the night before heading off to the airport. Room not very big but does the job.

I brought a group of 18 American college students for an intensive course on ancient Roman engineering and architecture. They loved the breakfast, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and being so close to Staz. Termini. None of them complained about the relatively small size of the rooms (by American standards). i appreciated the extremely professional and helpful staff, who went the extra mile to secure reservations for our group to the Catacombs S. Callisto when the online reservation site didn't work for me. The rooms were very comfortable and the Wifi worked extremely well. One of the students said that the bathroom was the nicest she'd ever seen in a hotel. I was surprised at how quiet the rooms were, given the proximity to the station. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood, but one can also travel to pretty much any area of Rome for sightseeing and dinner and still get back to the hotel easily at the end of the day. The central location on metro and bus lines is a real plus. I usually fly into Florence for my work but when I bring a school group, we go to Rome. I will always try to book Yes in the future. It's not the place for a romantic getaway, but if you are bringing a group to Rome or need an extremely professional organization near the Termini, this is your hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough, I Absolutely nothing.

Close to Termini station. Staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was just okay. The bread/pastries were not that fresh.

Location was very good as were the staff, we didnt use the breakfast. Our room was slightly small however for the 2 of us it was really just used as a base. Shower very small if you are carrying an extra pound or 2.

I chose this place because it was close to the train station. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was immaculate, nice size bathroom, very confortable bed. I chose the larger room for just myself because I like some space. Nice desk as I had some work to do. Windows opened to a nice breeze. Nice buffet breakfast. Will return when I need an overnight stay again in this area. Bonus points to the lovely lady who checked me in and gave me some tips for the area. Nothing

Fantastic location, very close to Termini station and bus stops but still felt area was quiet. Staff were lovely, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was a good size with enough space and amenities for our stay. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome. N/a

Julia who was the receptionist when we checked in is very nice person. She is helpful and supportive. Good to stay here with her service.
