Location was good for what I was doing. Staff was not friendly. My room smell and the shower was not even marginally past my basic standard (no water pressure, water tank in bathroom leaks, not enough hot water to finish a quick shower, black mold on the floor where the door is)

Maybe its a little bit far from the train station. All in all its great.

I like how hotel staff was helpful and you can reach the center only using by train. Internet did not work properly. (Especially at nights it stopped working) The were not enough hot water (it was 8.50 am) The hot water lasted like 5 minutes maximum.

A good place to stay in a quite Rome neighbourhood of Pigneto with good restaurants nearby. Wi-Fi slow and poor connection.

Custom service was great! The showers were old fashioned and weird.

nothing this hotel is disgusting. The staff are rude; the room absolutely reeked of cigarettes; the bathroom was grim, with no toilet seat; the bed and pillows were rock hard. Cannot believe this place has moderate ratings. Grim. Avoid.

I liked the bed and the fact breakfast was included. The staff were unorganised and were rude when they thought my stay was finished. The reality was I had a whole other day booked. They also didn’t see that when I checked in. Unorganised and created unnecessary stress.

The location of the hotel is really good, not far from the metro station, city centre is about 30 mins from door to door. The area is nice. The staff of the hotel was kind and helpful. Good that they have breakfast option. Parking is free on the street, which can be difficult because of traffic. The room was nothing like on the pictures, it was the biggest disappointment. Moreover on the second day, our balcony door got stuck, which we immediately tell to the staff. The solution was not to fix it, but to completely remove the handle and the lock, which made it impossible to even close the door, which let the night cold air inside. This also caused uncomfortable moments with leaving our valueables in the room because of 0 security. The breakfast consists only yogurt, toast, butter, croissant, and cereals. Coffee was not the classic Italian experience. On booking the size of the room was 17 m2, but our room was so small that we couldn't even open the door completely because of the bed in the way. Be prepared because the bathroom only has little "hotel soap", nothing else. Overall view: the place is really expensive for this value.
