The person at reception was extremely unpleasant! Seriously, is it really necessary? It felt as if he was really annoyed with us. No smile, no welcome, no friendliness at all.
-
Great location near Termini. The breakfast was decent, and the room was comfortable.
-
Close to the city and easy to transportation and metro Very clean good costumer service N/A
-
Nothing bad to say

Very good

The man at the front desk was very aggressively rude. He was difficult to work with and made check in stressful. After a very long day of traveling he made me cry, and he seemed angry when I walked in.
-
Overpriced for the resources offered. Outdated hotel. Staff didn't go above and beyond to help with first time experience.
-
the third bed was not really comfortable to sleep and the shower was tiny and need more upgrade plus all the plug or socket are old
-
Bit far from the old part of the city, and the bed was too hard for my liking.
-
Excellent staff and location. Really great place to stay.
-
Very close to train station, not for those who want to explore the city for the first time. Very large room, large bathroom. Everything you need for short stay, clean. If there were kettle and cups, would be great bonus. They provided bottles of water. Fast check-in/out.

Breakfast, and the front desk did an excellent job!
-
Walking distance to Rome termini, mini fridge in room. Old toilet seats, bathroom need some renovations. Bed not comfortable.

Location bc it is close to the church and Termini station The room was very hot and they could not adjust the temp for 5 days . The housekeepers did not supply the room well.
-
Close to train station 4 minute walk to the train station , I recommended this hotel

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Good location. There was a construction project going on next to our room (Room 1 or 2 we can remember but it was the first room in the first floor. The view was an abandoned backyard...

The hotel was kind enough to allow me check in very early and not only that, but they arranged for a closer room other that the one I had reserved . I had a continental breakfast for a small fee each day, a big bonus to start the day, extremely good value, good assortment of items to eat and drink. They also offer to hold your bags after check out if you need time before departing flight or transport. Attention for hotel staff it makes you feel very welcomed to Rome. Nothing. I paid for a basic room with minimal perks and got way more than that, a great value, they went beyond my expectations.
