The best value for the money. Conveniently located near Termini on a quiet street with a gorgeous garden. The hotel is an old private residence protected by the landmark historic preservationists. As a result there us very little that can be improved but it serves the purpose perfectly well

Everything Nothing

The courtyard is beautiful! We loved the breakfast area, and our room had a lovely balcony. Rome in May is in full bloom, and the flowers were so pretty. Upon arrival, we were given the most amazing family room with an upstairs loft that had 2 beds and a baby crib, with the downstairs pull out made up for us. This set up was completely luxurious for us with our 3 small children. We also had a beautiful private balcony. For the price, this room was truly incredible. The breakfast staff were very sweet with our boys, and even held our baby so we could eat. I will definitely stay here again! The luggage room available to guests upon check out was very convenient if you want to make a quick stop anywhere in Rome before heading out of town. Nothing!

Very convenient to the train station. Not enough plugs.

Location It’s not a hotel, it’s like a small kind of old hostel, you’re not really treated as hotel guest. No one picked up luggage to room No coffee/water in room (just empty) Strict on checkout process

The location are nearly to the station, easy to walk and travel by bus The hotel did not provide electric kettle but staffs are very helpful so you can ask for hot water instead

Very nice staff. Clean

It was very near the Roma Termini train station. City tours are available just at the station making the hotel even more convenient to stay at. The staff were all nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I was also able to leave my luggage in their storage for free. None

Hotel is a bit … weary. Beds were not very comfortable (but the pillows were). They did not have any irons for safety reasons so could not iron clothes . Walls are thin. ?.

Location is close to Termini station, the staff is always friendly and the hotel has a lovely patio, rooms always clean Nothing

The staff was very friendly and welcoming . The location near Roma Termini made it very easy to travel to Venice and other destinations. The room was very spacious with an old Italian charm and a loft area for the beds. I feel that the bedspreads could be replaced since they looked a little dated. Also, the air conditioning was also a little weak.. Not as cool as I would have liked.. Other than that I feel this hotel was a great value.

Location. Outside garden table and chair areas was lovely. No kettle in room.

Nothing My room was extremely dirty, and the walls were covered with nasty spots. I compared my room to my partner’s—he is a white male—and his room was not only cleaner, but the air conditioner was already on, making the room cool and fresh. His room was also upgraded and renovated, with better furniture. I am a Black woman, and I strongly believe this treatment was due to my race. They did not know that the man is my soon-to-be husband and that I had access to see his room. I feel discriminated against. The WiFi was terrible, never stayed on . We were forced to walk to a bank for cash because of their poor internet service.

Location was incredible for the price. Property was nice, quaint, a little outdated but it added to the charm! Staff was all very nice and helpful. We loved being able to walk to the train station. Also only a 20 minute walk to the coliseum. Breakfast was great. Overall great stay!
