Fine Very small rooms, not enough place to keep baggage

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. It is what it is. Older 2 star hotel. Desperately needs a renovation. We were very happy with our stay.

I liked the location - close to Termini station and with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Clean room and bathroom. This is a basic hotel. I spent only one night here and I have no complaints.

The aircondition is not working, I open the window to make the room cold.

Convenient to Rome Termini train station and some good restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean though small. Plenty of heat and hot water. Great shower. Very nice staff. No negatives.

Good location close to Roma Termini. Room was located on the first floor after walking through a maze of sketchy hallways. Room's decoration was very old and outdated. The window to the street made it impossible to sleep because it was SUPER noisy at night. There was a glass recycling trash bin just outside, and throughout the night several trucks downloaded glass bottles which made it impossible to sleep well and steady.

Breakfast was good and the lady working hard to keep it clean and organized was a hard worker and very friendly.always spoke to us even though we did not speak Italian. Location was easily walkable to everything we came to visit. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions, loaned us a electrical converter and got us a taxis in about 3 minutes. Did not know we had to ask the front desk to turn on the air conditioner until the second day of our stay. Also, the window did not open

The breakfast could be better. I was missing scrambled eggs, I think it should be standard for every hotel.

Breakfast was good, room was comfortable and clean. The location is great, near Roma Termini. Despite its dark streets, it is not a dangerous neighbourhood. Externals, specially stairs and elevator.

Very tiny room and not poorly designed

I stayed one night after flying from the USA. I wanted something close to Termini b/c I was going to a different town the next day. The hotel is good value for the money.

Not confortable

The food was horrible. They don't have enough food for all the guest. The person who was assigned in the kitchen weren't refill the food if it's done. whatever left, share it with other guest. I won't recommend to add food in hotel stay. better to eat your breakfast outside the hotel beside There's a lot of cafeteria nearby the hotel and you can eat better breakfast. Just saying. I hope the management will do better services for food.

Location to train station Hard to get suit cases in our room because only one person and the luggage could go up or down at the same time.

The room was so hot, the AC terrible, didn't cool enough the room,
