Good location and the breakfast was very nice. Super tight bathroom. No shower curtain. The sewer pipes for the upper floors ran in the wall right by our heads on the right side of the bed. They would periodically go off in the middle of the night and wake us. Then would trickle like rain

The location was convenient, and the AC was a live saver. The location was convenient, and the AC was a live saver. But really it was Annalisa’s wonderful hospitality and demeanour that made our stay memorable.

Had a fantastic 3-night stay! The hotel is in a perfect location near Termini station, which made getting around Rome and catching the airport shuttle bus super easy and convenient. The staff were wonderful and very helpful both at check-in and during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was really good and well worth the money. I would absolutely recommend this place and will stay here again on my next trip to Rome! The only minor thing was that I expected our twin/two-bed room to have two completely separate bed frames, but it was actually one large bed frame with two single mattresses combined. This might just be due to the size of the room itself. It wasn't a major issue for me at all, but just something to note for future guests!

The staff were very kind, the location is convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay. The WiFi wasn’t working, there was no bedside table next to one of the beds, and the wall in the room was damaged in one spot.

Everything was fine. The room is cleaned every day, breakfast was very good and delicious, different food. Location is perfect, near biggest metro and bus station in Rome.

Very close to town center, very cute and nice in a rustic way. Clean, and attentive staff

The location was easy to get to the termini and bus stops. Good places to eat surrounding it. The room was good for sleeping and getting ready but not for spending down time in.

A few days before the visit we got a message to say our hotel add been changed to another hotel in the same group. So this related to HOTEL SIRACUSA. Location was great, right across the road from the train station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well maintained, very clean and cleaned daily. Excellent continental breakfast with plenty of choice and excellent coffee, really nice breakfast room. Room was smaller than we hoped and main issues was the shower over bath with no shower screen or curtain. The floor got wet and was slippery. Told all rooms with baths were like this.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The bathtub was clogged and the water would constantly go cold. Taking a shower was an unpleasant experience. No warm food was included in the breakfast buffet. Room service was the bare minimum. No water cooker in the bedroom. the hair dryer was so weak and old.

Very convenient area. Great reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was superb! So many choices, lovely cakes, meats, fruits, so much more than expected. Our room was not large, but we had a closet, a place to put luggage, a desk, a tv and refrigerator, plenty of towels and warm water, a really large window, and a very comfortable bed. We will be back!! Very enjoyable stay!! Diocletian baths and the National Museum of Rome a few minutes walk away. Can’t think of anything

Unusual in that it is located in a courtyard so not located on the street but that in a way is a plus. The courtyard’s appeal could be enhanced but still a great place.

Location and good for a short stay

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

The location is very good, with the final stop of several bus lines nearby. The lady working in the kitchen was very kind and polite. It was quite challenging and time-consuming to add an extra guest to the rooms I had already booked, as the hotel had disabled this option on Booking. The hotel manager also did not inform us in advance that breakfast for the additional guest would incur an extra charge. It’s not a major issue, but it would have been better to know beforehand. The breakfast itself was almost the same every day. There was no ground coffee, no eggs, and no sausages, also there were limited portions of ham and salad. You often had to wait until a kitchen worker brought more food. The hotel is quite old and the sound insulation is very poor. I could easily hear neighbors at night. The rooms were cleaned, but there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. After using the hotel’s towel, I developed a skin infection, which has never happened to me before.

Only there were no slippers in the room and that was a bit of an inconvenience, everything else was great for the amount I paid.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Location was extremely convenient

Other than a very small twin bed, my stay was comfortable and uneventful. Nothing to complain about!
