Stromboli Hotel

Close to train station AC did not work at all. They said it was normal. At the best, it was 81 degrees in the room. Breakfast was 10 euros and not worth it. The eggs were undercooked and runny and nothing was kept cold (cheese, milk, etc.)

Cleanliness, close to termini. Hot Rooms in Rome heat in July. ACs don’t work in any of their rooms, which the staff eventually agreed to.

Close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to lots of places to visit. Internet was horrible, the smell as you get in rooms is not that great. The ac was not that refreshing.

They advertise that they have luggage storage, but it is only until 18:00 in the afternoon, thereafter they charge for the storage, which is ridiculous

It's comfortable and very close to Termini, which is helpful as well. The room is comfortable and clean.

Very close to the train station! Least expensive for a one night stay. The hard beds and flat pillows to start! No wash cloths even after requested. NO air conditioning! Had to open windows for air, loud homeless people yelling til 3:00 in the morning!

The location was fine, but the shower and bathroom were too small. The air conditioning didn't work and i May you need the air conditioning to work. My daughter checked out early, two days early because it wasn't very nice and when she went to check in the staff said she didn't have a double room when she did as it was on the receipt. Excellent location, 24/7 reception saved me when I had to make a last minute switch, room was clean and comfortable for quick overnight stay needing to be close to Termini for early morning train. Grazie mille!

Nothing! It was very bad experience. The rooms was super small, the bed was uncomfortable and I actually hurt my neck and back because how uncomfortable the bed was. The shower was so tiny I barely fit in it and I’m an average person with fit body! Overall with the price I paid I never seen anything so bad. The outlet weren’t also working to charge my phone; the safe didn’t work! I never seen any hotel so low quality in almost everything as once; I don’t usually leave bad comments or reviews bit this experience was so bad that I could resit, specially for the money I paid for the room. This place is not recommended ! It should be at least 50% lower priced with such low quality place.

The location was perfect near by termini station, the staff were friendly all good

Location The room above mine had a water leakage that caused significant flooding in my room. Water was coming through the ceiling, including from light fixtures and electrical sockets, which freaked me out. They moved me to another room. However, the replacement room was extremely cold and felt like sleeping the street. This did not meet even basic standards of comfort or accommodation. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing, both in terms of the incident itself and how it was handled afterward.

Nothing...it was terrible, they had hidden camera in the room

The hotel is well located if you don't go out much at night, it is very well connected to the subway and train station, also direct transportation to the airport . the bed smells extranger, was big and comfortable. In the mini bar was rest of other people, never clean it. The staff girl was hostile, she was not friendly, she hardly answered the doubts or the help that was asked for. The hotel asks that the tax be paid exclusively in cash and they do not notify you in advance. You have to take this into account if you don't have enough cash.
