Our room window faced the hotels cleaning area on a patio and we could not see the street. It was a strange window that did not even feel like a real window that showed the outside.

Hotel is in the center of the city , very clean , staff very friendly and helpful and the room was huge .

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The location and staff are exceptional.

I was disappointed to learn that there were remodeled rooms. Upon checking in, I was told that we got one of the largest rooms which was natural. It was two twin beds, literally pushed together. The carpeting was very dated as was the bathroom and the facilities while the location was ideal. I was disappointed in the room itself. The room was old, smelled like mothballs, tired, carpeting, and bathroom. The room was also facing the street, which was loud all night long and this is from someone who lives in a city.

Location is perfect for walking to all famous sites. Metro right in the Piazza de Spagna. Comfortable beds. Noisy street but earplugs do the job. Must get a room facing the street. If you get a back room you can hear other people in their bathroom. Also, no view back there.

The location was awesome and the receptionist was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great although we are used to eating earlier than 730 and eight on Sundays. I would’ve liked to have been able to have coffee earlier in the morning and I did not like having to lock my door from the inside with a key and leave that key at the front desk when we left because we only had one key and there were two of us staying in the room so we had to leave and go at the same time.

Perfect location, nice and clean hotel, breakfast was good . Perfect for short stay.

GREAT LOCATION , SMALL ROOM, walking distance from all the attractions Size of the room, and a very small shower room

Great location. Staff was excellent. My room was right by the kitchen and I was afraid it would be loud. However it was not and I woke up each morning to the smell of fresh made bread! The floors were heated. That was a nice touch.
-
The location was great but the staff was even better than that! We were taken care of with kindness and individualized attention. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

What a perfect location and I felt like I was in a movie! You are 10 minutes from Trevi fountain and an easy 25 minute walk to the Colosseum not to mention the Spanish Steps around the corner and very high end store you can imagine.

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never use booking.com again. I don’t know where to begin from the 3 overseas calls I made to the hotel to ensure we had a quiet room and no response. Just call back tomorrow when we arrived I asked if we had a quiet room and was told yes it’s only noisey In summer. Our room was on the first floor next to the breakfast room and directly over a cafe lined narrow street. Late night revelry and garbage pick up all hours. The bathroom shower head was broken and woild not stay in it’s holder so sprayed everywhere. A high tub to climb over to stand in. Very slippery peeling wall paper mold in shower. When I complained the front desk said we could have free breakfast this morning. When I went in at 7:30 to get a coffee. All closed up. When o asked downstairs. They said oh holiday we open cafe late. No one cared helped with luggage. Not sure how it stays in business. We ended up having drinks at Thr Pantheon hotel and inquired about rooms. They had rooms for $500 a night brand new with all amenities. Shame on Booking.com and shame on this hotel. Also the safe was broken and only would take 2 #’s. I cannot believe o was charged $1,500 for 2 nights in that dump. This was a getaway for our 40th wedding anniversary and was the worst time of our lives. I will not be recommending Booking.com to anyone. And I will be submitting photos to all the review sites

The perfect location and the amazing staff. I’d like to have a kettle, a coffee machine and maybe a little more light in the room but that’s not critical.

We stayed for one night before an early flight, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast. The location was fantastic—very central and perfect for exploring. We hopped on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus nearby and were able to see all the important sights with ease. The room was clean and a bit small, but that’s expected in historic buildings, and it was perfect for my husband and me. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location was very good. The room was spacious. It was not clean. The lobby was too small.
-
It was quiet, comfortable, and very convenient. No view from room.

This location was right by the Spanish steps. The staff was very friendly and even treated us to a room upgrade and bottle of local sparkling wine as we noted we were on our honeymoon. We loved the staff and the room! The hallways have a mild cigarette odor but the room was perfect.
