Clean and quiet. Check-in was a breeze… pay attention during the “key” briefing (iykyk) so many keys! Great rain shower, comfy bed, and right by the Metro A line entrance. Everything was great!

The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin but it was not noisy so it was fine.

Matti was very kind and answers fast any question and explain about the keys. The surroundings looks safe and clean. The price like everywhere in Rome is expensive, but you got private bedroom and bathroom for the price of a hostel. Everything was excellent.

We loved the room. It was lovely, comfortable and quiet.The location is near the metro and we liked the area. It is walking distance to nice restaurants and very close to the Manzoni subway. Our window faced a garden and was very peaceful. There is an elevator if you need it. But there are a few steps so it may not work for a wheelchair.

Very accommodating to our arrival and departure times. Very clean room and appreciated the mini fridge. It was a wonderful stay. The keys were tricky to use at times.

This property is decorated beautifully, it is spacious and comfortable as well as very clean. The location is perfect, right between two metro stations that go just about everywhere you need to be on a trip to Rome. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Amenities offered were everything I needed. Some of the other guests were very noisy

Very nice room, comfortable bed, and beautiful place. My room was facing the rather noisy street. So if you mind noisy streets, ask for a room facing the inside garden. Will do that next time

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very nice :) I highly recommend it. The noise coming from the outside was too much during the night. Keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Also, the pictures make it look much more luxurious than it actually is, although it is a very beautiful room

Very convenient for the Metro and walking it was close to the Coliseum Towels were a bit thin

The location of the guest house is wonderful -very close to San Giovanni in Laterano and a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum. The metro Manzoni is next to the guest house. The guest house is a converted apartment so it feels as if you are in a beautiful and authentic Roman building. There is only a hallway that is a common space and I didn't bump into anybody during my stay. The staff member who greeted me was very helpful and kind and allowed me to choose my room. He met me rather late at 2 am as a result of my late flight and didn't charge extra for this. Many Roman guest houses or hotels charge extra for late check in. The rooms are modern and extremely clean. They have a safe, excellent lighting and a fridge. The bathrooms are top class and are of the calibre of Middle Eastern bathrooms with two sinks, bidet; a modern shower and excellent decor. In fact, I noticed that the ceramics in the bathroom are from the UAE- RAK ceramics so are of a great quality . I would stay again purely because of the quality, the silence and the fact that having lived in Rome, I prefer a more authentic Roman experience. I love the area - there are terrific restaurants across the road and cafes and you can pretty much walk everywhere. As for security, the building is very secure and you have four doors to get through. make sure to check out the lovely courtyard with the statue of Mary. I liked everything. You can request cleaning whenever you want. Please make sure you understand that this is not a conventional hotel but a high quality converted apartment into tasteful rooms. You don't' have interaction with other guests as there is no common space which I prefer. This style of accommodation might not suit everyone so make sure you understand the type of accommodation this is.

Staff had great recommendations for restaurants. Location was close to the metro, very convenient. If coming from the train, use the metro instead of walking (if walking about 15 minutes). So many wonderful attractions close to the hotel.

Great place close to Saint Giovanni and Scala Sancta.
