Great location - 20min walk or 10min bus journey to Colosseum. It’s 8min walk to Metro or 2min walk to the bus stop. Bus 87 or 85 are convenient to get around for major attractions. Plenty of corner shops, cafes, and restaurants near the property. The balcony - although it is very narrow, but it’s very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the sun go down and traffic pass by. The air con - it kept us cool and comfortable while staying. It was much appreciated in the heat wave and after a long day walking around the attractions. There are some minor issues with the bathroom and mattresses. All had been feedback to the host. Hopefully, they will be fixed soon.

Guiliano is the GOAT, he always took care of us and he did everything that was on his hands to make out stay the perfect trip for a family of 4, including 2 kids. Keep up the good work and the quality!!! All good no complains.

Solid price/benefit ratio (we paid €600,- for 3 nights, early June). Remote check-in worked well. Spacious room. Shutters, airco and windows worked well for light, noise and temp management. View is beautiful. Location is top notch (20 mins walking to the Colloseum, metro stop around the corner, stores downstairs). Wifi signal was weak in our room. We weren't offered fresh towels. Communication with the host was not very professional: they didn't acknowledge that they made a mistake by putting our key in keybox 2 while instructing us to use keybox 1, and they kept on insisted on cash payment for the tourist tax while card or bank transfer would have worked too (agreed to card payment eventually). The room's detailing felt outdated: wall paint was stained, show drain didn't drain well and was loose, bathroom door knob was loose, mattras had a dip in the center.

The Apartment was 15 min. walk from Colosseu and 5 min walk from the Metro. Was located in a very good location. Apartment was clean and host was very friendly and made our stay in Rome easier. The Wifi connection could have been better.

Great location close by (restaurants, historic sites, bakeries, shops,..) and it’s a very short walk to a bus or metro that can get you everywhere in Rome. Cute little balcony with a beautiful view of the Archbasilica Cathedral. Spacious modern and clean room. The separate shared kitchen had everything you needed. Good communication with Giuliano. He gave us all the necessary and clear instructions for check in and during the stay kept checking if everything was ok. We had a very pleasant stay. Aria Rome Rooms - highly recommended! I like everything.

Location is great. The room was big and clean, cozy with new furniture. The host is the kindest person. We loved it. All went good, nothing to complain about.

We are used to colder air-conditioned. I think this was one thing that could improve.

Perfect location and comfortable room. Nice common kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, tea

The host Giuliano was very friendly and ready to answer all our questions. The location is central. The ac was working fine. One of the bed's frames was broken, and the room was clean but looked tired and needed refreshment. The pillows were not comfortable, and the other bed was squeeking. For the price, I expected a bit more

It also has a cute elevator in the building.

Clean and nice view, nice neighborhood Need better shades to darker thé room or reduce outside noise. Was hard to get a good night sleep. Three of us only had one hook to hang towels, at least one more would be useful.

The location was excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and very close to the Manzoni subway station, making it easy to get almost anywhere in the city. The main room of the apartment was quite clean, which added to the comfort of our stay. The bathroom was not clean, and there was visible mold on the walls and door, which was disappointing. Additionally, it was strange that our friends, who were staying in another apartment at HoneyComb GuestHouse, weren’t allowed to visit us even briefly for a coffee, as the host said it was against the condominium rules.

We paid for a King bed and a double- We slept in an uncomfortable queen bed. Room is along a pretty noisy street. Drain in shower did not work well at all.
