This was a great value. The guest house is located, conveniently to public transportation and an easy walking distance to the Colosseum. Communication was easy and both Veronica and Tamara were helpful and welcoming. Everything was very clean and I especially appreciated access to fridge, filtered water, and coffee maker in the kitchen/dining space.

The location is great, really easy to get to and from places (we did almost everything on foot), the bed was very very comfortable, specially after walking around the city for around 9/10hrs. Honorable mention to the staff, Veronica took care of us herself, helping us with everything we needed. We will definitely return to Tucci’s Roma Guest House. (The included breakfast was also a big plus).

The rooms in Tucci's Guest House were perfect. We had plenty of space to open our luggage and the bathrooms had lots of storage and larger showers than we had seen anywhere else on our trip. The staff was very accommodating of our need for an extra bed and a late check in. Veronica was even kind enough to let us store our luggage after check-out and come back and use an empty room to change before heading to the airport. All the staff we met were very kind as well. Thank you so much for this stay! A bit out of the city center and a little farther from Termini than I would have liked, but still worth it for the price and the space!!

This is a small cosy place near a metro station. Less like a hotel but more of a B&B, the rooms were clean and secure. It felt very self-service (i.e. nobody there to greet us on arrival which wasn't a problem, but worth being aware of) Breakfast was 'help-yourself' from the kitchen, which was pretty limited (bread/jam/rolls). Some eggs/meat/cheese/fruit would have been good, especially when we're about to go out sightseeing all day.

Veronica went the extra mile to help us with finding tours, taxis, delicious dinner location, & even getting my wedding ring taxied to my next night’s hotel when I left it behind! Maybe there could be a bench near the outside gate to sit on when you wait for transport pickup.

It felt like we were in Rome! Maybe a few benches outside for people to sit while waiting for a taxi.

Rooms and kitchen facilities exceptionally clean and comfortable. The courtyard area was gorgeous and peaceful for a store bought lunch to be eaten. Even inspired to do some drawing. The owner was very helpful and understanding on arrival. The lady that setup the breakfast hours and room attendance was also incredibly helpful and understanding. A three night stay after a long haul flights was a pleasure. Nothing.

Friendly helpful staff that communicated instantly and clearly with us (thank you, Veronica). There are only a few steps to get to our apartment. The bathroom was big and had a spa bath and a big shower. The separate dining room with a shelf in the fridge allocated to our apartment. Always open to make tea or coffee and have something to eat. Location that was close to transport (metro) and attractions (colosseum) Nothing worth mentioning.

The character and space of the accommodation, lovely hostess There was no shower screen, just a double shower curtain which overtook the shower space making it difficult to shower and difficult to avoid flooding the bathroom. Also the single beds were too small for taller teenagers.

Good comms and welcome from the owner. Location next to the Metro is really useful, although unfortunately there was a lot of engineering works during our stay, so had to use more buses than anticipated. Room was a good size and air con worked well. Room had a big Jacuzzi style bath although didn't use it. It was relatively good value for Rome It wasn't proper twin beds as expected, so 18 year old on a temporary type bed. Also no tea/coffee making in room. Breakfast was self-serve, but was expecting more of a buffet style. Shower could do with a new shower head.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our wonderful host, Veronica, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her hospitality truly made a difference. The apartment is in a fantastic location! Being able to walk to the Colosseum was a real highlight and having a metro station nearby made exploring the rest of Rome a breeze. The rooms and bathroom were spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds.

Charming guest house with a friendly and helpful host. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Breakfast was delicious.

The guest house was spotlessly clean The hot water was a bit hit and miss in the shower. But other than that nothing, it was what we thought.
