Relais 155 Guest House

The whole experience was excellent! We were greeted by our host and given our keys and he then provided a map and a great overview of the city and transportation around the city! The room was PERFECT!! It was a great size, super clean and decorated so very sweetly ❤️ There is a private shower and toilet and I loved that the shower and toilet were separate making it very easy for two people to get ready comfortably! And then, my favorite was the view of a quintessential Italian cobblestone street and with a church nearby when you have your window open, you can hear the church bells! I can’t say there was anything I did not like about this property! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any friends or family!

Very very nice. The cleanest hotel I've ever seen. It feels that the hotel is loved of the owner. A lot of details that make the atmosphere comfortable and cosy. Very calm inside and outside. Giuseppe, Francesca, thank you for your hospitality and good dreams in your rooms.

Our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely perfect! The place is small and intimate, which made it feel very cozy and personal. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of character, making it a wonderful retreat after exploring the city. One of the lovely touches was the selection of delicious candies, coffee, tea, and snacks available in the hallway – such a thoughtful detail! The receptionist was also incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations on what to see and do in Rome, which made our trip even better. If you're looking for a clean, charming, and welcoming place to stay in Rome, this guesthouse is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect, though at times we could hear guests from the neighboring rooms.

It had everything we needed

The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay and the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the night we arrived at the venue, Guiseppe is a great host and gave us all the details we needed to get around Rome and also the maps to help us navigate the city's attractions. Even though breakfast was not included, he had an arrangement with a café around the corner that serves freshly baked croissants and drinks which was subsidized for his guests and affordable too. The coffee machine at the reception was great. Overall, my daughter and I had a lovely stay and we will recommend it to our friends and families looking to travel to Rome. The Wi-Fi was great too. Good location, helpful recommendations and very clean room.

The room was very clean, and well designed. There was everything you need, even coffee and tea in the shared kitchen. The host was very nice. The apartment is only 20 min walking distance from the Colosseum, so you can walk anywhere. And if you wish to use the metro, it is a few minutes away from the apartment. Nothing bad to say about this apartment.

Accommodation in walk distance to the city center, close to Colosseum, clean and small rooms which have all what you need. Moreover free coffee machine and small snacks available on the reception

It was comfortable and clean and we got good rest during our stay here. I liked the fact that there was a coffe machine in there, so i didnt have to go out for coffe. Giuseppe was very welcoming and can provide info if you need. Is not that I didn't like it, but more of an observation. If you are overweight or bigger size, you might not enjoy the shower, because it is quite small. Also, it didnt happen to have noisy neightbours, so we were not bothered at all, but the soundproof is not the best.

This stay was truly exceptional! The host was absolutely wonderful – kind, friendly, and always happy to help. They made me feel right at home from the very beginning. The room itself was fantastic. It was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Everything was good.

The location is excelent , close to the Manzoni metro. The room is extremely confortable and the owner very helpful and welcoming. It was a pleasure staying with Relais 155 Guest House. Nothing netgative to report.

Very nice place, totally justifies its rating. Very friendly staff. They met us, showed and told us everything. The room is clean, warm. In the common area microwave, kettle and other kitchen utensils. Lovely elevator closet :) The Colosseum is a short walk to the Colosseum. No large grocery stores nearby, only small ones. The hotel is called Bed and Breakfast, why breakfast, never realized :)
