The area is very nice with lots of restaurants near by. The air conditioning is excellent and ensured we had a comfortable night even during a heat wave. Would highly recommend staying here. The room was perfect and recently refurbished. Nothing.

Luca was a wonderful host who accomodated our early arrival and assisted us with all of our questions such as directions and laundry locations. The coffee & croissants were also greatly appreciated. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels as needed. Location is close to the Vatican.

The location is incredible, really close and well connected to experience Rome thoroughly. Make sure to try out the neighborhood shops too, there's plenty of great ones. Finally, the owner Luca always made sure there are croissants and coffee for us in the morning, which was a great touch we highly appreciated! There were some construction noises in one of the mornings, but nothing crazy really.

Location was perfect, in a quiet area where locals live, free croissants, coffee and tea provided even though the breakfast was not included in the price, very nice host, daily cleaning, clean bedsheets, good shower pressure and temperature, very good value for money, quiet and private as only 3 rooms in total The mattress on one bed was bended, so wasn’t fully comfortable to sleep, a bit run down room, cleaning could be improved, dust noticeable, there was construction noise upstairs from 8 am but we were outside the whole day, so it didn’t impact out stay
