Great location, friendly staff However cleaner visit our room everyday, lots of details (ex. socket or shower tray) were really old and dirty. Also soundproof was really poor.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. Hotel is right next to metro station. I contacted the hotel multiple times before my stay and had very fast responses. The bathroom was clean and adequately sized, but its narrow layout made it somewhat inconvenient to move around without bumping into things. The AC operation mode was not editable from the room. It was always set on heating, so even when set to 19 celsius it was too hot. We did not contact any staff, we just turned it off.

So called "City tax" is very expensive in Rome. Hotels should consider including it (eat it, as Trump would say) in their base rate or asking the city to live without it. I get nothing in return. Anyway, making significant additional payment after the hotel was fully paid in advance is not a pleasant experience.

There is a metro station right next to the hotel, and you can reach the center of Rome in approximately 20 minutes. The breakfast is quite good and reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious, the parking area is large, and the staff is excellent—especially Mr. Bartosz at the reception, who is very dedicated and helpful.

Next to the metro station which I like the most. Breakfast was good and they had provided oven n hot water to the customers which makes life easy

Noise cancellation. You can hear almost everything on the hallway. They dont have receptionist after 11 pm. It was a problem to check in

The hotel Is new and the rooms are bright and comfortable. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The cake I had for breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back!
