Clean friendly staff that will answer any question. Close to public transportation, easy to use and get to all attractions. Great local restaurants. Great variety for breakfast.

The staff were amazing and considerate. The reception is 24x 7 active. They help you with any of your needs including booking a taxi, suggesting places, etc The breakfast is not that great the coffee is amazing They suggest us to use toilet tap water for drinking purposes. But I wouldn't suggest that as the tap edges were mouldy and lacked maintenance cleaning. So I suggest to always have bottled water

It had very good connection by public transport to the city centre, located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. Bed was comfortable, and the pillows were quite good. The bathroom could use some improvements Breakfast was scarce, in Italy we expect some more choices

Spacious enough room for two people, VERY comfortable bed, good location for the price (varied transport links if you don't mind a little walk), and reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast offerings were basic and uninspired - but the coffee was decent. Parking overpriced.

Receptionist was very polite and even made some jokes in our language, bed was comfortable and the room had a SMART TV. I would say this rooms are designed for a 1-2 night stay because of the space and storage availabilty. If you focus a bit on the details you can see that the rooms need an update or even a more thorugh cleaning. Windows are looking at the other rooms across the street so you really don’t have any privacy if you want to have open curtains or windows. AC is controlled remotely and you are limited with your room temperature control.

Rooms and the lobby are nicely decorated with a modern touch, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts was okay overall. The bathroom was a bit dated with some bits that were not as clean as you would expect.
