Location clean and comfortable

The owner was very nice and provided us with the correct address and his phone number before our arrival to the city. The room was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was small but tidy also. There was a hair dryer, nightstand, and closet for clothes. The location was very good only 20-30 minute walk away from all major attractions in Rome so we didn’t even take public transportation during our stay but it is readily available if needed. The AC was €10 per night but this was stated in other reviews and the stay description ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise to us. We chose to open the windows and it was very cool and comfortable during the night. The only thing I didn’t like was a little bit of mold in the doors of the shower but it was due to the folds of the plastic doors and the humidity most likely, not a big issue for our 1 night stay but if I had to wash my long hair or stayed a few more days it might have bothered me.

Stay somewhere else. No breakfast is provided! The owner told us to use a nearby ATM to get cash out for the tax. He would not accept payment by card (so paid 5 euro in fees to get the cash out!!). The walls and fan are covered in a thick layer of dust. The fan is very old and very loud, we could not sleep with it on. We both left with sore and dry throats and eyes because of the dust. The street is loud. The neighbour had their tv on loudly all day and night. The pillows were very hard (not usually something that affects me but it was bad and I could not get comfortable). No body soap provided. Floors are sticky. Only got 1x toilet roll for 2x guests and 2x nights - we used the whole thing and had to use our own tissues. Would not stay again.

Very close to the bus/train station. It connects easily to airport. Lot of restaurants around. Room has lot of space and storage. They didn't add enough towels. It doesn't have luggage storage. Bed cover too old.

Location only. Everything can be heard from any other room, cold, sheets and towels remain unchanged. It's 5€ each night for air conditioning and the room is cold anyway.

The location was great, in the heart of Rome. Easy access everywhere by train, bus, metro or by walk. I missed the fridge, even small one.

The gentleman that welcomed us in was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the accommodation is very handy to the Termini train station, 30 mins from the airport and the metro is just as close by. Lots of nice restaurants around, Mino has wonderful food and service. The room was clean and tidy, we only slept there so it was enough. The window opened an allowed fresh air and the air conditioner kept us cool at night. It was a little dated, the blankets and bathroom facilities could use a refresh. Not all sockets accommodated the European plugs.

Location. Proximity to station. No reply from the owner or manager despite often requested. Refused to give back money for double booking on same date despite informing weeks before. The extra room we book was already let to someone else. Therefore they steal money from us. No breakfast were offered while B&B (Bed and breakfast) is mentioned in their services. They require to pay 5 euros per night for air con which we did not use. Communication problem: there's no one to give you info in other languages than Italian, only an old man speaking Italian.

Location The guy said extra 5 Euro for Ac and then said I am giving you for free which was really sad
