The fact that it doesn't say b&b, we thought it was a Hotel, so the entrance was confusing.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast (they bring it to your room), very nice staff Shower clogged and VERY small, noisy dorms, especially if you have people coming in and out after you are sleeping (you will most likely wake up). The location is ok, next to a supermarket and about 10 min from the closest metro station. Walkable to Coliseum (20 min), very far from Vatican and Castel San Angelo (50 min), ok distance to main downtown landmarks such as the Fontana di Trevi (35 min). Very few options for food around, except market.

I didn’t like that when we were about to check out, the other guests came in and started checking the room while we were still inside — VERY, VERY RUDE. Also, the coffee was terrible :/ please consider offering a different kind of coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the landlord introduced all the facilities very clearly. Although the staff do not speak English, they used a translator to communicate and were very kind. The breakfast was super nice and starts at 8:00. It’s a pity that on some days we had to leave early and couldn’t enjoy it. The staff were very attentive; they cleaned the room and bathroom every day, made the bed, and changed the towels every couple of days. Everything was always tidy and comfortable. The location is also great because it is only about a 15-minute walk from the central station, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which makes it very convenient if you need food or groceries. The windows are not sealed well enough, so it’s not very soundproof. You can clearly hear cars passing by on the street.

The property was decently spacious. It was clean and very secure, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We didn’t realize that it was a shared area (separate bathroom and bedroom), but this was definitely our fault. I think we just didn’t realize.

Spacious room and close to the metro. The room was tidy and the bed and breakfast was amazing. The barking dog in a neighbouring house.

The location is very good, close to metrostation bus and tram stop. The room was clean. The bathroom is outside the room but also clean and with a comfortable shower cabin. The host was very kind and answered very quickly. I am very satisfied with the stay. Recommended ?? Everything was perfect.

    Superb

Overall, the stay was good, but there are a few things to note. The breakfast was perfect. They even kindly left it ready for us the day before our early 6 a.m. departure, which was a thoughtful gesture. Also, it was great to be able to pay the city tax with a card, which added convenience. The doors were very loud when closing, which can be disturbing at night. There was also noise coming in through the windows, so it may not be ideal if you're a light sleeper. We had a private bathroom, but it was located outside the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

Hotel was very clean and very good value for money. Our room was on the road side which made it fairly noisy at night. But all in all, a perfectly nice place to stay for the week.

We booked 1 night before return to our country. Check in after 5 pm a lil bit confusing, and need to contact the person ib charge and he/she will guide you until you get to the room. The location is perfect. Direct bus from Termini is available. Downstair got chinese restaurant also nearby got supermarket so easy for you to grocery. The bathroom is not inside the bedroom, but need to walk the aisle to get to the bathroom, but it is not shared with other room. They give key to each room for the bathroom. Breakfast was serve to the room and quite complete. They gave milk, yogurt, coffee, bread & jam too. For us, it is more than enough. They allowed us to keep our luggage too after check out so we can still go around without hustle with our luggage. The apartment is close to Basilica Lateran & Church of Santa Croce. Thank you!

The location is incredible, both to move around the city by walk and using public transports. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean. The furniture was simple and a bit “old style”, but functional. The breakfast was simple but generous, and it was served in the room. The private bathroom, just across the hall, was ok, it would benefit from some renovation works. The staff was nice and helpful. All in all, considering is the heart of rome, it was great value for money! Having the breakfast served in your room gives you less flexibility, as you can’t change the time at the last minute. Furthermore, it generate more food waste, as you can’t pick what you want and everything is provided by default.

Very central location, the room was just like the photos and the external bathroom was ok also.

I really liked the room – beautiful furniture, clean linens, and a comfortable bed. The balcony with a small table and chairs was very charming. The location is convenient – no crowds, close to the center, with a nice supermarket, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was the mold in the bathroom. Although it’s cleaned, the lack of proper ventilation is noticeable.

External bathroom and it was not clean. Did not provide new towels for the second night.
