cable TV most channel had no connection. RAI the national main Network was not available. Was at hotel during world cup, could not watch a game. Finding a working TV channel took for ever.

Friendly front desk staff, and very close to Termini Station. it was a little further than I would of liked only because we had our 6 year old with us.

1. Super near to the Roma Termini (side entrance), around 3 mins walk 2. Friendly Staff 3. Comfort Bed with Pillows Menu 4. Nice breakfast. 5. They have bus that travel to airport just Infront of the hotel. 1. Perhaps the water pressure from the shower head could be stronger a bit more.

Our towel heating was not working in the bathroom and hotel does not provide coffee machines in rooms just coffee 3 in 1. For this I reduce 1 point (all other 3 star hotels in Italy that we stayed in during this vacation had nespresso / analogues of coffee machines with capsules).

we stayed 1 night, and wanted to stay near the train station, excellent choice! just a safe walking distance from the train central station. Room is excellent ! great beds and amenities, Breakfast was ok, had all the essentials. excellent business stay location! nothing

I have stayed here several times before. It has always been a perfect location for me. The breakfast used to be included, but paying was not a problem. The room was comfortable, clean, and great. Nothing was not to like. I found, as always, the staff to be diligent, friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect.

Location close to subway Late start time for buffet, no beverage , coffee tea in lobby . Web site reviews mention buffet included. Not when we arrived.

Excellent Customer Service at the front desk reception and a very clean hotel. We enjoyed getting recommendations to a local restaurant and information on the tour bus and help with reservations to an uber to the airport. Offer a free continental breakfast.

The staff are the best The information of the room in booking is different than what is really existing. Which made me book another room on spot. I booked comforter room. There is no interconnecting rooms as advertised There is only one bed not 2 and it is 180cm wide only.

Great location for access to the Train and many iconic places to visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Busy area with the sounds of horns and ambulances heard during sunlit hours.
