Great location, really useful, you can go anywhere from there with metro, bus and trains. The hotel is great, very nice rooms and even some accessories and free daily bottle of waters, thing that I don't see a lot in Italy, generally. Breakfast was good, fresh, even if the options were limited. Just pay general attention to the surrandings near the station, pickpockets and such.

Breakfast was not great, but adequate. Location was fantastic. Hotel is older and dated, but more than adequate and a good price.

Comfortable rooms, great location. It is a bit noisy due to the street.

Its a proper hotel with a restaurant, breakfast, a large social seating area with a bar, and the rooms are spacious with very large beds (bigger than UK super king size). Some of the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is a disappointment for s 4 star hotel. I'm framing this with the lens of a 3 star European hotels I have stayed at before. Hot food was basically mini sausages, scrambed eggs and hardboiled eggs. The cereals were for children, no granola or reasonable grown up options. Yoghurts were also just activia pots that could be bought from a minimart around the corner. And it had breads, deli meats and cheeses, and some array of croissants. The 2 disappointing things though were that with one of us being a vegan (I did message the property beforehand to ask what options were available and didnt get a reply), we found the only options are 1 vegan croissant, sliced bread, and soya milk for the coffee. We accepted paying full price for a breakfast as a vegan means we dont get the full spread, but 2 food items is actually quite pathetic for a 4 star hotel. And we did request a couple more options at breakfast to be told we need to ask at reception, we then asked at reception to be told in quite an aggressive tone "your options are whats there, if you have an issue tell them, nothing to do with us". So overall, if you're a vegan or vegetarian, dont opt for breakfast and dont go in with the expectations of this being a proper 4 star hotel. Its more like a 3 star experience with some 2 star moments.
