I had a problem with my flight schedule and they were willing to accommodate us a day earlier The bathroom was very uncomfortable and the shower was too high, the room was very small and had no fridge nor toiletries.

The location. was ok. The woman checking us in was not helpful at all and had lots of attitude. She would not answer any of our questions when we needed an information. Our room smelled badly of cigarettes. It said included breakfast which was served in a different location and we were allow one croissant and coffee.

Location. We stayed two nights with our family (two adults, three kids). There was no warm water for showers throughout the stay, and the issue was never resolved. The children’s sleeping area had no heating, making the first night very cold; a space heater was only provided on the second day. Communication was also poor, with incorrect claims about our booking and an expensive move suggested instead of a proper fix. Not good value—families should be cautious.

First of all, the host is really nice and friendly, she explained us everything we needed to know about the city and even gave us a map with the main attractions of Rome. Also, we received a cupon of 50% discount to a restaurant where the food was great. The room was very clean and looked nice, a little bit small, but it didn't bother us since the price was really good and we could choose a bigger one if we paid some extra amount of money. We highly recommend it!

The location is amazing: 15 min walking from the train station Rome Termini, which takes you to the airport or to other cities. The room was clean. There's a kettle in the room. I feel like we had a rough start: I did specify that we would arrive at the hotel at 14:00, but our plans changed due to unforeseen circumstances, and we arrived at 10 am. We didn't expect anything, of course, just wanted to leave the bags and go on with our day. However, the hosts were rude about it. They did help us in the end, and checked us in very promptly (we waited for only 15 min on the street: you can't access the hotel without the key, there's no code). So looks like we were just scolded for the sake of scolding. It left a sour taste. There were some weird inconsistencies as well: AC is paid, the breakfast in the nearby restaurant (which is a coffee, a croissant without anything, a cookie, and a piece of a sweet pie ), and we couldn't lock the showerhead in place, so you have to hold it to take a shower. We spent only 2 nights there, and mostly were there during the night.

The location of the hotel was great — it was not far from the city center and very close to Rome Termini station, which made transportation very convenient. The staff were nice and welcoming. I booked a quadruple room, but it was too small for four people. The room was not so clean, and the bathroom was a major issue. It was very cramped, the shower only had a half glass panel, so water splashed out, and there was no proper drain. As a result, water would gather on the bathroom floor, making it quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was just okay — nothing special.

The room was clean and comfortable and can accommodate a family of five with more spaces to move around. It's just about 10-15 minute walk from the train station and in the quiet area of the city.

Great location. Close to the train station and easy access to bus lines. The hotel owners were very helpful and the room was cleaned excellently every day. It was a very good value for the price paid.

Location and cleanliness The hotel [more like a hostel] is located on the 3rd floor of s building. There are other floors with residents and other hotels in the building. Check in and check out is contact less. There is noboody there.. Communication was very difficult and made thtough WhatsApp. Breakfast is a coffee and a pastry and is a 5 min walk from the so-called hotes from 830 am. to 1030:am. The safe does not work, and I was told they would not fix it They claim to be able to store your luggage, but it is difficult to arrange, and they got upset we messaged Definitely not a 2-star hotel.. I would call it a hostel. NO STARS I do not recommend
