The level of security here is non-existent. The room doors do not even lock properly, meaning anyone can walk into your room at any moment—which is extremely dangerous, especially for solo travelers. The area itself feels very unsafe. Furthermore, there is absolutely no staff on-site and no one to talk to or turn to when there is an issue. The room was incredibly dirty, covered in thick dust, with black stains all over the walls. To make matters worse, the toilet was completely broken and out of order. The management takes zero responsibility. Once they have your money, they vanish and ignore you like professional scammers. Do not trust the photos or description. Save your money, stay safe, and do not step foot in this place!!

Location was good Shower did not work properly Bathroom was very small

IT. WAS. WEIRD! Paper thin walls, 4 keys and a flight of stairs to get in, the lobby smelled like fruit gummies... the sheets at least looked clean
-
People at reception more often would have been nice.

Location is great if you want to spend time around Vatican, but historical old city is far away. The room was not great but it totally worth to its price.

Property had a working elevator, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and amenities were replenished daily. There were free umbrellas to use on a rainy day and the convenience of storing your luggage. Extra blankets and a fridge were available. The heat was not 24/7, the walls of the room were scuffed. There was no safe.

wonderful short stay in the middle of it all

The property have a good location but it’s much about it. The room was clean and the bed comfy. They provide sleepers. The shower is a bit dangerous to go in and out. It’s really small so you will be hitting your elbows while you move. Theres steps to go out and when you’re wet is not a good thing. The toilet would not flush and the room does not look like the photo. The room is all white and lacks on coziness. It looks clean but don’t smell clean.

Good location and friendly staff, nice courtyard and quiet room while still in a busy street. Room was very worn down, walls dirty and damaged, ceiling with signs of infiltrations, and everywhere a very strong smell of air freshener. Found previous guests used toiletries in the bathroom, shower drain was clogged and shower door didn’t close properly.

Location and cleanliness. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the gentleman that checked us in. We appreciate them letting us drop our luggage off early so we could go explore. Communications is a bit difficult and often delayed. The booking.com app isn’t my favorite way to communicate. I prefer my own email.

The smell in the bathroom was really uncomfortable. We needed to close the door in order to sleep ? good.

The accommodation offers excellent value for money. The room is well equipped with everything you might need, from a small coffee station to all the essential bathroom amenities. The staff was very friendly. A great option if you’re looking for a place close to the Vatican with easy access to the city center (the bus stop was just a few minutes’ walk away).

The location is fine, not too far from public transportation and in a very good street with a lot of shops and restaurants. The AC was really good and cold, and the hotel in general was clean and fine. The reception guys were nice and helpful as well. The room was too small, with no place to put or open your bag, the coffee machine was not too clean and unfortunately they only put water and coffee pods for the first day. The shower head was broken and the time to enter your room was a lot due to having to open 3 doors before your room's door. (Main Entrance, Building, Hotel (with a code) and your room)

Location. Very close to Vatican and within walking distance of main attractions (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon). Near Metro station. Around the corner from best gelato we had while in Rome, Florence and Venice. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Rooms were small but functional. Shower stall also bit tight.

Our stay with Cloud 9 was great - the location is very central, close to the Vatican in a large street near many good shops and restaurants but not as crowded as in the very centre. The rooms are quiet and with blackout curtains which wqs also very helpful amd thw beds were large amd comfy. The staff is extremely helpful and nice before and after arrival helping us with any questions or demands. One of our two double rooms was automatically upgraded (presumably due to availability) wich was a nice surprise. The rooms include a mini fridge, coffee maker or boiler and supplies to make your morning coffee as well as some water and sweets to greet you free of charge! Bathroom amenities were also great and clean and included a bidet. We had a little trouble with the overhead shower head which didn't work as well so we just used the handheld one. One of our rooms had trouble shutting the door unless pulled very hard which might have caused noise for the other guests but we let the staff know and were told they would look into it. Also since it's located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a beautiful but older Italian building you might need to use the elevator which has a few kinks as it can't work unless all inside and outside doors on all floors are shut correctly and people sometimes left them open causing the elevator to not be able to come.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a relatively short walk from the main attractions. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable for a short stay. Though there is no 24hr reception, staff is available friendly. They even kept our luggage for a few hours after check out in order to let us have a tour in Rome before leaving When leaving the elevator was not working, but staff helped us with the luggage.
