It was very clean. The staff are really nice, the air conditioning is very powerful (This is important because I came in the summer). The location is very, very good. I would improve the breakfast, which was quite poor. Other than that very good price for value. Would certainly return to this hotel when I return back to Rome. Breakfast was very poor

Location was perfect! Staff was excellent! Breakfast every morning at 7am. Car service from FCO to the hotel. No coffee for the room.
-
Convenient location very nice updated and clean rooms.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It was great value for money. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning was working very well, which was a big bonus as we stayed there when the outside temperature was quite high. The hotel is a former villa. Bonus: rooms have shutters that you can open. You feel like you are in Rome! Nothing.

Location was fantastic, air conditioning worked really well, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was wonderful, quiet at night. Bed was really firm.

Location excellent. Great restaurants next door. Friendly staff. Clean. Minor changes in the room would make significant improvement for storage. Good breakfast. Would probably return

Cozy hotel in the heart of Rome.

Perfect location to walk everywhere. The breakfast was wonderful in a room with a view and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Small and not overly crowded. Nice respite from the crowds in Rome. Location was excellent, as we could walk to everything!
-
Beds could be more comfortable but, other than that everything was good.

Breakfast was lovely. Comfortable room. Loved the taxi services The street noise was a bit much in the early hours of the morning 2:00AM

Loved the location, and the staff ..especially Peter was super helpful. We had a terrace off of the room that was nice....Would have liked some hand towels ( 100% cotton that do not look/seem like cloth napkins.. The Hand towels ..and no wash cloths also NO body lotion provided in the room
-
good location friendly team improvement is required in the maintenance of the shower

Nice clean hotel and rooms. Good location to walk to key spots im towm !! Decent ok breakfast.Great staff especially Peter who made sure we got the great balcony rooms with views !! Shower tubs are very small (European phenomena) making it hard to move freely. Beds were quite low and mattresses can be upgraded to better higher quality. Regular fluffy bathroom towels can be provided instead of cloth towels.

This was at a good location and the hotel itself is beautiful. They provide a beautiful breakfast. All the staff was very polite and helpful Unfortunately, the day we arrived, the city was doing some repairs and had the one street entrance closed. Having to go around the other end required us to carry luggage up many steps. The check in concierge was very apologetic. But it was no fault of his. He was very helpful and kind
