Maria was a great manager. She was friendly and organized, and she provided a lovely, protein-packed continental breakfast for her guests. Beds were comfy, elevator was fast, rooms were quiet and contained mini-fridges, showers were well-sized. I would have liked fewer keys to keep track of. Still, the venue was a great value for the money.

Maria, our host, was excellent, very friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfasts were very good. Maria went out of her way to give us two mattress pads which I desperately needed in order to get a decent night’s sleep. The room was incredibly tiny, with no place to sit or relax in our room (except on our beds) and no place in the Prestige Room to sit or relax. The beds were very firm, and not at all comfortable, but thanks to Maria’s help I slept very well the last 3 nights.

Close (walking distance) to historic attractions, but still on a quiet street. Doorways into and out of the stairways are a bit narrow for luggage, but we made it work.

Breakfast - offer more fresh fruits instead of canned fruits. Offer healthier choices of pastries. Location - was very good. Good restaurants nearby. More face to face connection The virtual check in could be a challenge to older visitors

Location and Whatsapp communication. Noise, from some type of engines, ?bathroom, AC...But the worst was the old fashion telephone loud ring over night that woke me up x 2. And the annoying lady who watches you at breakfast.

Exceptional location, close to Piazza di Spagna and the Borghese Gardens, small shops and restaurants close by, spacious rooms, comfy beds, airconditioning, blinds etc. Mariana was like a mother to us and took care of all our needs instantly.

Maria the host very nice.she makes you feel comfortable. The location was good to cover lot of attractions around the Rome central area.

Clean, and quite comfortable, very close to a bus stop and easy access to train services from metro station nearby.

We loved everything.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming and our room was very clean, and it is very well located(within walking distance) near the main attractions of Rome. The breakfast options were tasty and sufficient. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had a nice walk-in shower and also had a bidet. I would definitely come again.

- The hotel is a spacious apartment in a Roman palazzo (we stayed on the 3rd floor), whose rooms have been converted into mini-apartments (bedroom + bathroom). The problem is that the initial design of the building did not provide proper evacuation for so many toilets. Consequently, all the toilets in this hotel are equipped with an electric device that grinds the content of the toilet bowl and flushes it down a thin, kitchen-like pipe. These machines are either in the restrooms or, as in our case, in the linen and towel storage room right next to our room! Imagine that ALL customers in this hotel were wiping their bodies with towels and sleeping on linen laying directly on the floor of this room, where feces were prepared for evacuation! After a power failure in the morning, this appliance for our bathroom got blocked and backed up and in the evening. When we were getting ready to go out to eat, we woke up to water mixed with feces, coming under the front door. The hotel staff were notified, we asked for a new room, but we were refused. That whole night (the last, thankfully) smelled like feces. The water with feces infiltrated the wooden floor. One day before this event, in the next room to us the same happened and the ventilator from that bathroom buzzed all the night. After checking out, we were reprimanded for wiping our butts with wet wipes instead of the toilet paper they provided (our room did not have a bidet shower). The staff claimed that this was why the flush backed up. They did not manifest any empathy at all with the situation we were in. In a word, economy in everything, the customer is trapped. After I left the review the owner of the hotel proceeded to harass me instead of appologizing. Avoid this place if you don't want to ruin your vacation. Not worth the money or the nerves.

Her service was truly 10/10!

Well located, the service with Maria was excellent, she’s the best The beds: very uncomfortable, the mattresses were old and soft, we could feel coils
-
The location was perfect, very close to the old town. Breakfast was very simple. The mattress of the beds were need replacement, at least it was a layer of cover, over the two single beds and save the pain of the strings of the mattress.! By the fridge, 2 small bottle of waters, is not big deal. The wifi was not good enough, download 15-23Mbps and upload up to 15Mbps.By put some repeaters, will solve the problem.!

Maria was the best - she's a 10/10 :) You can hear people talking in the morning if your room is near the breakfast room. But you're supposed to get up early anyway if you want to see all the attractions in Rome ;)

10 to 10 for Maria amore ! Thanks for the service !

Very close to my destination and lady super friendly and welcoming That in the room there were lots of broken/damaged things

The location is great, close to sights and public transport and some restaurants. The breakfast is good and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean with decent beds and good bathrooms. The place is a bit noisy, the noise from the hallway and reception comes into the rooms. The wifi is very poor, it keeps disconnecting all the time.

Accomodation was really nicely furnished, everything was clean and we had all we needed. Just the walls are a bit thin and you hear everything that happens on the halls. Breakfast was good, everything you need to start your day! And Maria was really a great host! Quite thin walls, some of the things in the bathroom were a little outdated and would need a little of TLC.
